They will try to screw you at every corner so if you go here watch out for the hevy set blond lady. she is by far the worst i sold a set of electric hvac gages there.they are 329.99 new i use them abot a year they where in very good condition still only used 4 or 5 times . She told me a big long sory how there are many new models and she can only give me $30.well I beleved her and took wat I could get but a few months later I came back in and she had listed them at $280 and come to find out there werent any new models .I new they where the same ones because my name was still on the back.so if you ever think of going there just walk off a bridge with you stuff you have a better chance

Really bad customer service...acted like they did not care at all. They didnt even offer to help bring my stuff inside to sell, they just stood there and watched as I hauled in a large tv all by myself. They then tell me that they wont take the TV because of a "large scratch"... I measured this "large scratch" and its less than a quarter inch long. I wanted $10 for the TV. They swore up and down that it would never sell due to the "large scratch". It was truly ridiculous. Ended up selling the TV somewhere else for a solid $30. Their loss, not mine! Anyways, Ill never be coming back. Would not recommend at all.

Brought in 500+ dollars worth of mint condition golf clubs, good brands like Ping and Callaway, they would hardly give me more than 20 bucks on a loan. Brought in Crate 2x12s amp and Fender Standard Stratocaster, both in great condition, same deal, pretended they werent of any great value; couldnt even get a 50 dollar loan. Looked at their prices, couldve bought most products they had in stock brand new for near the same cost as in this store, if not cheaper. No wonder they cant keep up with online marketing. Wont revisit, not worth the time invested communicating with inane shysters like these.

i have been to this pawn shop multiple times and buyer and seller.. if you plan to sell or pawn to these folks dont even bother i have taken several valuable items including jewelry into this store and i have NEVER gotten an offer.. yet if your trying to buy from them you better not even try to haggle.. overall clueless and rude employees.. i will be driving out of my way to keep from having to do business here ever again

Unless youre a meth or crack head needing money, steer way clear of these crooks. I bought a generator. It would not even generate half the wattage they advertised. I know because I measured it. Brought it back the same day and they would not do the right thing and give a refund. Total scammers. Fool me once. But not again.

A very poor establishment! Con artists and tricksters. They had failed equipment, their safe, so I could not pay off my layaway and retrieve my ring. I then go back and they say my layaway is fortited. Talk about scam artists! Avoid at all costs. Dishonest and a business who is only out to scam.

My girlfriend took out a loan on my perfectly good laptop, and when she picked it back up they had switched the battery and the power cord. I know this because the laptop no longer stays on unless plugged in and the cord doesnt even fit properly. What can you do, its a pawn shop....

No customer service didnt even get A hello when I walked in. Been standing at the counter for at least 10 min without anyone saying a word to me. A guy beside me has been waiting longer than I have awful service dont plan on coming back!

Really not a friendly group of people, like another said in their review I have no idea how theyre still in business after all these years! All pawn shops are shoddy but this one impartial makes you feel had when you walk out the door!

Did business well and easily with me. Called in to make sure the items I had they would take, then when I came in they gave me fair market value just as they said they would based on the condition I told them it was in.
