This place sucks... the management is terrible. I dont recommend doing business with them. Since the last manager has been gone, this place has gone so downhill. Its a waste bucket and Id recommend the one on Southside over this place, hands down. Ive gone in here and waited in line with one person at the counter while the "managers" sit in their office and run their mouths or play on their phones... then someone they know comes in and they dont help the person running the counter, they just talk to the person they know for 30-45 minutes and ignore the line... its really sad. To say this place is beyond saving is being nice, please dont give these crooks your money and dont let them get you with their garbage loans. This place should either be restaffed managerially or shut down. I cant imagine working for these managers... They give ridiculous discounts to their friends and act nasty at the drop of a dime. No wonder most of the good staff didnt stick around...

I have always loved this store until recently when I experienced horrible service. Kathy always assisted me and my husband with great customer service and a please pleasant attitude. She is very knowledgeable and helpful. I recently visited the store and she was not there and received the worst service. I was so disgusted I put everything else I was going to purchase down and left after the employee took the item I wanted to buy out of my hand and said if it isnt going to be scrapped then she was going to buy it and tried to convince the manager it was missing a diamond later to find it wasnt. When I explained to the manager that Kathy normally assist me and I would rather work with her because she went on to speak badly of her. Prior to this manager and employee I give this location 5 stars since this new manager and employee I give this like negative 5!

They refused my (UNLOCKED) iPhone because I originally bought it from sprint. My friends have used my phone and their service ranged from att, Verizon, to metropcs I dont see the issue. Its fine sold the phone on Craigslist and got 220 for it they probably would have only given me 85. If you have the time I recommend you also look into craiglist or Value Pawn.

This is the worst business Ive ever been in. The 2 times Ive been there the employees were very rude and treated me like I was just plain trash. I honestly dont think they deserve any stars period. There were 3 people who got upset and walked out at the same time I did. Will never ever recommend anyone to this business!!

I called a few minutes ago to ask about some pawning and selling. And the guy who picked up hung up on me after I started talking to him. According to him he didnt hear anyone on the phone but I could hear him very very clearly. I thought that to be very disrespectful. If you dont want any business then just say so.

I was a little disappointed to find out that they only buy gold, but my transaction was fast and easy and the people were so friendly. The store is a lot smaller inside than it appears from the outside, but they have some pretty great deals. Overall I was happy with my experience.
