I went in with a 1 oz gold maple leaf coin, certified by the government of Canada and worth over $1530. I told the man there thats what I expected to get for it. He spent 15 minutes "examining" the coin and offered me $600. When I refused, he said I should sell it on Ebay or melt it down or something. Do not sell gold here. Do not sell coins or jewelry here. Just dont.

I Do not understand why this pawn shop has such a high rating. Its false, the staff is not friendly at all and they prefer to let you walk out without negotiating a price. They Offered me pennies for my LG Smart tv that was worth 1k when I bought it. Id like to make clear again, that the staff were both grumpy and absolutely rude. Horrible customer service.

Went to Central Pawn to sell a violin. They offered me more than the other pawn shops I went to that were in the area. Happy customer with cash in my pocket! Also they had really friendly people working there. Always a plus!
