Brought my Mom in to buy her an airweight for her 80th Birthday - i left embarassed and apologizing to her for the abysmal service (or non-service) we received. Each person that began helping us would stop helping us to take care of a regular customer they knew by name, they then would dissapear and were later seen helping other customers. These "regulars" walked in and just shouted to an employee what they needed, regardless of wether they were busy or not, and the employee would jump to help them while leaving the customer they were helping in the lurch. I have never felt so unappreciated in my life. My Mother and I felt like lepers. We walked out with our trade-in and our cash. The good news is we found FANTASTIC people at another place, with a range, in Covington...which ended up being closer. I will NEVER buy or sell at Elite Pawn again...ever. (BTW - I have spent thousands in Elite over the years but i guess that wasnt enough for them to count me as important to them).

The Gun Room side of the shop is fantastic. The guys (and gals) are straight and down to earth. I spend time researching gun values before a purchase and so far theyve been in the zone every time. Friendly, patient with questions, and more gun savvy per quota than just about any place (especially Ty - hes a genuine gun guru genius). Great place to learn what might work for you if you are a first time gun buyer. All around a great place to buy a firearm.
