The items in this shop are fine. Good selection of firearms, however the service is quite bad. Although I was interested in doing business with them, I decided not to simply because of how rude and impersonal the workers were. As I waited, a man told me that he would be with me in a second. Soon after, another young man came in and asked me what I needed, as I asked some questions he never stopped moving, he just walked back and fourth across the store going in and out of the back room yelling very vague answers to me. As this happened the original man shouted to me me again "I said: I would be right with you, Sir!" My final question was about the price of a gun... I was scoffed at and told very smugly that the gun I was looking at was 900 dollars, as if I could not possibly afford it. Well, they will never know, because I will never be back there again. AND will put it down this business as often as possible. HOWEVER, turn left out of that parking lot and there is another pawnshop a few feet down on the right. They are great :) very helpful, nice, and respective :)

The prices at this pawn shop are utterly ridiculous! It is 2015 and these guys are attempting to sell Gen 3 Glocks for OVER $560 and theyre also attempting to sell Gen 4 Glocks for OVER $625. The firearms transfer fee at Lithonia Pawn is $35... other pawn shops in the area transfer firearms for less than $20. Also the parking lot at Lithonia Pawn is treacherous and if you value your tires, Id recommend parking across the street. Lithonia Pawn is dark and very unwelcoming. The guys at Lithonia Pawn are shiesters and I would not recommend shopping here or pawning here. There is a much nicer, much cheaper pawn shop right up the street (in walking distance) from Lithonia Pawn called "Elite Pawn". As of March 2015, Elite Pawn is selling brand new Gen 3 Glocks for $489. The people are nice and their gun selection is vast.

One thing these people and this business is NOT is shady. They are very professional and are always fair. This is a family owned business and is the longest running pawn shop east of Atlanta. They havent stated in business for 45years by being shady or rude. Of you had a bad experience than you probably went in with a bad attitude or you didnt get what you want or the amount of money you were hoping for. They have always been friendly and caring. They bend over backwards to help anyone they can. They have a wide variety of merchandise and if they dont have what youre looking for, they will help you find it. The only rude thing pertaining to LPS are some of these narrow minded ignorant reviews

The occasions that I have utilized Lithonia Pawn for pawn and for purchase have always been pleasant and personable. Especially Butch he is a cool dude! :-) They have always made the experience of having to pawn a treasured item easy! Ive always been greeted right away and handle with care. Plus I usually get a laugh or two while Im there. Kudos to Lithonia Pawn Shop and their excellent service! And yes Im pouring it on because I appreciate great customer service!!!!

Dont even waste your time. I went there and a gentleman stopped me at the door asked what I was looking for stopped me when I was talking and said no and walked away. I was looking for glock magazine and ammo. I will not return. No wonder they are never busy

I know shady business practices. This place has sketchy written all over it. Dont go to them if youre in a bad place and need cash, they will try their best to keep whatever you pawned if they know they can sell it fast. The good reviews seem fake.
