A Good Customer
Overly priced and the red headed woman is rude. I go all the way to Knoxville on Kingston pike close to Party City but across the street because I refuse to give Smokey Mtn Pawn Shop any of my money. Theyre the only pawn shop in Oak Ridge and they know it. I was looking for a tablet one day so I went in there and I asked her, she didnt even look up from her magazine but pointed where they were at. On top of that you can buy one brand new in the store for the prices they have. Ill never go back!

They are the worst pawn shop in the world. They are crooked as hell. The red headed lady that works there is the rudest person. I will never buy anything from that store. I have adviced my boyfriend NEVER pawn anything else at that store. They are THIEVES and have BAD business practice. DO NOT EVER SHOP OR PAWN ANYTHING AT SMOKY MOUNTAIN PAWN in Oak Ridge, Tennessee. As soon as I walked in, the lady(who didnt even look like she wanted to be there) exclaimed quickly that the object I brought in was too old and couldnt take it. My Yamaha receiver is only a few years old and their front door says they take ANYTHING of cash value. More like anything they feel like dealing with. Shouldve read reviews before stopping by. 1 STAR

Hows this pawn shop even still in business. Everything they have is over priced. I brought a diamond ring there and she said im not the jewerly person shell be in later. But we want give u 200 for it. She seemed to know nothing about how to do jewerly. How do you not know? That should be part of your job.

Very rude service. Asked if they had computer speakers and was told "we dont have any" when there was clearly at least 2 sets that were overpriced (could buy them new for about the same).
