HORRIBLE. I tried to print some photos (9 total), and after two pictures printed one of their photo machines had a paper jam that no one in the store could fix. They couldnt fix it because no one in the store has any idea how it or any of the other photo printers work. Every store associate that was sent over to help was clueless and their communication about the problem was severely lacking. I had to tell three different people what was wrong and not one of them could figure out how to fix the machine or how to offer to assist me with this problem. I left my contact information and asked them to call me when my order was completed. Apparently they never fixed the problem, because they never called. I fail to understand how a store can have a photo department with equipment that no one in the store is trained on or qualified to operate. Its ridiculous. I will never try to print photos there again.
