Ridiculous place! And a waste of time. I placed my husbands wedding band on layaway. . Maria at the time told me I must pay off the ring in full in order to special order sizes. I needed an 8. When I came back to pay off my item and special order the correct size, Lori supposedly didnt know what she was doing so Maria had to walk her through it. And apparently since my ring was on sale at the time they couldnt honor that price since now it had increased. Lori didnt even try to give me a discount or offer any other solution. She looked miserable standing there and didnt even try to help.. oh and did I mention I drove 1hr twice a month for almost 3 months to pay for this ring. As if they cared. Smh pathetic. I wish they told me this before I purchased the item. It wasnt the fact of the matter that the ring price increased. It was the way the handled the situation. Poor customer service. Il never go back

Walked in, immediately stated I had to pick up a sofa. I had some time to kill and a few odds and ends I needed to pick up so I figured by the time I was done dilly dallying, my sofa would be upfront and ready to go. I walked up to the service desk to ask about the sofa, do you know it took them an hour to get my sofa from the back! No comment. Experience so bad wow. Cant start. Manager lady has no common sense. High school kid a genius comparably. Bought a TV and TV wall anchor for 69$ Returned wall anchor 2 hours later and lady said no receipt no refunds. Told her we paid 300$ cash and lady had no change. Waited 10 mn to them to bring her change... In confusion and distress she forgot to us our receipt.. After insisting and asking to check camera cashier happened to see us and went back and got receipt. Make a long story short. Nice cashier older Hispanic lady. Bad manager that thinks she is right and because of her minority status.. shame how rude she was. Enough said.

Very filthy store. Manager was very rude after I showed him the ants all around the store especially by candy. He stated it is a Florida problem and that the store has pest control. Health dept and state officials should inspect this store and the pharmacy which gave my wife someone elses prescription with my info on it. This store should be shut down.Cant imagine how filthy their food diner area is when the store gets an F in all the other areas. Dead roaches by register and the cashier laughed when it was mentioned to her. Health dept might not think of it as such a laughing matter.

Kmart used to be at the top of their game once upon a time but floundering for more than a decade due to competing retailers such as Target and Walmart. They just cannot compete in the market and have done little to try. While I admittedly do not frequent Kmart, I dont believe I have ever been to one that was clean, well lit and didnt smell like it was still 1991. This location falls into that category.

Havent been to a Kmart in over 10 years, after visiting this one now I know why. Terrible selection and poor arrangement, the store looks like it would have 15 years ago. No employees to be found and the two working upfront did not want to be there. The air conditioning wasnt working either. Not really sure how theyre still around.

Very bad experience. There was this lady called Rachel with an attitude. I gave her $300.00 "All $20.00" and she was checking each dam bill to make sure they want fake. C mon, I traveled all the way from Connecticut. Im a dam tourist. You think Ill be carrying fake money? Hell out.

Have gone here exactly 3x all 3x horrible customer service. Rude not helpful and actually bothered when point out something had rung up wrong price. Not cheaper than other stores so would not go back to this rundown place with lack of customer service.

Store is nasty and one register open. Cashier said the manager likes them to walk around instead. Long line. They cant do multiple items they have to scan each item individually. Just overall awful store. Cashier was friendly though.

Dirt place and never helpful this place need to shut down like the rest of the Kmart The little Caesars in there in dirty and never ready never eat there again I go to the one on handcock rd now much better and cleaner

I went there on friday bought some food and honestly its horrible, the rice that i bought has cockroach the cereal also has cockroaches and the crackers its expired unfortunately this is not a store i would recommend.

The most rundown, outdated, bad-smelling, and overall worst store to shop at in Clermont. Employees are so incompetent and have no communication skills. I am surprised that this store is still in existence!
