SEE is always that come up for me! No other eye wear boutique compares to its customer service, fashionable frames and eclectic staffing. I do not mind dropping coins when it comes to my face. First impression is last impression. I am too young to be wearing some frames from Pearle Vision. Never will I eva LOL. Downside to this optical boutique is that they do not accept most insurances but the PLUS is that they offer 30% off frames and lens combo on majority of glasses for people like myself (VSP) whos insurance is not accepted. VSP does reimburse a portion of the frames and lenses after you submit a receipt (just an FYI). I came in Sunday and used a Groupon deal I purchased on my black and ivory frames and came walking out only paying $149. DEAL!!! (Especially for me b/c I have to add on all the bells and whistles such as having my lenses thinned out and anti-scratch coating. I have a high RX). Ive worked with Alana (my favorite) and Ivory (my other favorite). They are awesome ladies who honestly tell you which frames look best on your face when selecting options. I am a cat-eye type of chic so they both steered me in the right direction within the 1st or 2nd try on in the store. No indecisiveness or a stack of 100 frames over here. They promise orders to come in within 10 business days but I have always had them arrive at the store sooner than what is said which is great for me. Awesome service, great working team relationship and quality optical. I am sure I will be back soon for another one! ; )

Literally the worst experience in buying glasses I have ever had. Ive been wearing glasses my whole life and have never had the troubles I have with this company. The manager was very nice however it took a total of 3 times to get the prescription right and now that the prescription is correct and I can see without wanting to vomit, the lens are coke bottle lenses . The first three times they were the typical thin lens and now for no reason that can be explained, they are double the thickness of the frames. I was told I could then come back and pay EXTRA to have them sent back and made with the thin lens. So very disappointed because I love the glasses. My coworker suggested this place and when she got her glasses back they were also correct. I told her not to bother going in because they probably wont get them right nor will they refund your money. I guess Ill be sticking with my eye doctor and going with a less trendy pair of glasses next time.

Ive been to this location a few times with my partner and we have always had good service. I returned recently to select my first pair of glasses and the process was very simple. I chose two pair that I wanted and a week later they were ready. The day I picked up my glasses I realized that I did not like one of the pair. Heather the manager stated that I could take them home and see if I liked them after a week and if I did not I could exchange them. After one week I still did not like them and was able to exchange them for a pair I did like. But, if you are looking for a great sales associate, Gary is the man you want to speak with. He speaks to everyone that walks through the door and makes you feel welcomed. You would think that SEE belongs to him the way he treats everyone. His personality is genuine and he does not BS you he is honest and very transparent. I cant wait to go to the trunk show in a few months!

I had a Groupon that for 39 dollars would be good for 200 dollars on a pair of glasses with single vision lenses. I wear bifocals so I went into it knowing that Id end up paying a bit more. The total came to over 600 dollars after my discount. I was sorry that Id purchased that Groupon. It was a total come on.

I adore the frames, always am satisfied with the service. Update April 5, 2016. I am so happy with my 2 new pairs of glasses. Daily wear and Rx sunglasses. Woo-hoo
