My wife and I used to shop here all the time however, after buying a pair of jeans my wife needed to return them after one month because a button had come off. At Ex the lady whom told us she was the manager said she could not take them back because "people bring back old clothes and try to get new clothes". Yes, right in front of everyone she accused us of trying to return old outdated jeans. She offered us $20.00 for the return. So, after months of shopping at express in Easton and thousands spent; we will not be going back to any express.We spent $80 bucks for those jeans and only owned them a month and then get treated like criminals. Way to go Express, your customer service is excellent I mean. What type of place accuses a person of being a criminal right in front of other customers? Owell, I know of another place in Easton that may cost a little more however, I purchased a pair of jeans from Buckle and they didnt fit right. They sent them out to be tailored to fit me and told me I would never have the problems I had at Express with Buckle.

Worst customer service at this store. The staff on duty on Nov 19, 2011, was just so self absorbed. Everyone just gather up behind the counter, happily chatting away. I asked for a particular size of suit and had to wait for almost 15 mins to realize that nobody was even looking into it. Until Jamie, this blonde lady eventually offered me help. I wonder if express even has any kind of training to these guys who work at store. What a waste of money to be paying these lazy behinds!! There are so many cheerful and desperate people who are looking for jobs out there and who can do so much better job than these snobbish a**es. Pathetic!!!!!!

Pretty much my entire work wardrobe is express. Great looking clothes that can fit small people like me. They are expensive, but if you watch the deals and shop frugally you can average out your cost to be similar to cheaper brands.
