Noone really acknowledged my presence while I was wandering the store. There were plenty of associates walking around and working, not one felt the need to say hi or do you need help? Did I feel welcomed? Not really. There were 2 that did. 1 person was at the changing room and was talkative enough and the other was the cashier who was kind & chatty, as well. They both did their job. As far as product selection, it was okay. It seems like it fluctuates, so it must be their low time right now.

I went in there with my boys aged 11 and 13 so I can buy 4 or 5 outfits for my 13 year old who HATES shopping, for our cruise in July. We picked out 5 pairs of shorts and then the matching shirts in less than 15 minutes. We went to the check-outs, there was NO waiting and we were in and out! This was a very pleasant shopping experience, plus it was raining outside,so it was blah...we all walked out quickly and satisfied! Thank you!

This store barely has stock to sell. I thought they were going out of business with the lack of options and how disorganized the store was overall. There are better options close by if you are looking for this type of store. TJ MAXX in the mall and Bealls outlet are close by.

Whats not to love? Great prices, great selection and clean store! I got a piece of furniture there actually two pieces, and when the manager on duty came to help me he was trying to move it for me and he was very friendly and a cutup!! All in all a great experience here.

Although this particular location carries a lot less merchandise than it used to, there is still a fair amount of inventory. Its one of the only stores remaining in the area that stays open late (beyond 9:00 p.m.). Their prices are reasonable.

Found a pair of shoes that fur my immediate Neff and budget in lures than 5 minutes. As is always the case, if the store had been slightly better organized or less jumbled I would have stayed and browsed more. Still, always love Ross.
