The cafe manager really knows her stuff... I am pretty sure she could have told me about the molecular activity of all the cheesecakes if she wanted to. It was near closing time and she had no problem making me a 10/10 expresso and serving me an awesome slice of the oreo cheesecake. She told me she does all the hiring, so I am sure her leadership reflects through her employees. I will be going back soon!

The store itself is kept up very well, the selection is pretty broad in areas that are of popular interest (and expectedly narrow in more esoteric niches), the kids area has plenty of space and a nice reading nook for kids to camp out in, the café makes the whole place smell nice... ...But its hard to justify paying up to a 50% mark-up for all that vs. Amazon.

The magazine selection is amazing! You will find magazines you didnt even know existed! They have a nice selection of foreign magazines as well. Im addicted to Psychologies. This is the type of bookstore you can lose yourself in. My only negative is if you are price conscious, the books arent the cheapest you can find.

Awesome book store, smaller than some other B&N stores throughout the city, but they have a huge selection of books. A few friends were looking for books that were pretty specific and this B&N not only had them, but they had them in stock! The staff is super helpful and the store was very clean.

There is a great variety of books, music and gifts to browse through including a generous selection of discounted books. There is a Starbucks inside. One employee in Starbucks can be rather grouchy but the rest of the staff there and throughout the store is very friendly.

Pleasant store to browse. Can occasionally find some gems in the clearance/sale racks. Though you can get stuff cheaper from Amazon, I feel obligated to support B&N occasionally so the brick and mortar bookstores dont fade away completely.

This store needs updated. Very friendly people but the facilities need revamped to be more inviting for people to stay around. It took the employees fifteen minutes to find a book for us because of the disorganization

A bit small for a Barnes and Noble, selection isnt as great as others but its quieter here, great for coffee and some reading. All one floor instead of two like at Polaris or Easton.
