Terrible customer service. I ordered a textbook online that took over a month to ship (after paying for 3-5 business day shipping). I tried cancelling the order online but they told me I would have to return the book in store when I received it. I went to this location and stood in the checkout line for 10 minutes. Employees were in the general area, saw me standing there, but no one preceded to offer me assistance. I then went back to the customer service desk and experienced the same situation. After approaching an employee I was rudely told to go back to the checkout line. I finally tracked down another employee to help me. When she scanned the receipt she told me I would have to return the book by mail and then immediately walked away. I was never greeted, asked if theres any other way I can be helped, told to have a good day, nor apologized to for the lack of assistance. I will continue ordering my books on Amazon and will never purchase from a Barnes and Noble ever again.

My girlfriend and I very clearly ordered two venti coffees from this Starbucks. The lady made us two tall coffees. We politely brought this to her attention and rather than recognizing her mistake, she scoffed and insisted that she heard "tall". She then proceeded to try and charge us for ventis on top of already charging us for the two talks we did not order. After just charging us for the cost of refills (which a tall plus the cost of a refill is more than just charging for the ventis) she continued to make us talls - AGAIN. We just laughed and accepted defeat and the blatant lack of intelligence and customer service this individual had. FAIL!

I had purchased a nook color from an out of state b&n a few months ago and this week it stopped charging. I took it in to this particular b&n to see if anything could be done. They not only let me exchange it they let me upgrade to the new tablet. And since I had already paid the $250 for the color, all I had to pay was the difference in price for the warranty! I was in and out with no hassle. It was the easiest process! They were very nice and they definitely have a dedicated customer now. Btw I did have the two year warranty on the original one but I did not have my receipt end they were nice enough to track it down for me.

Genuinely, received the worst customer service of my life at this Barnes & Nobles, I recommend you avoid it at all costs. Thanks to "management" member, Amy, at this branch and the total lack of customer service she provided me I will never patron Barnes & Noble (stores or web) ever again. Why bother having brick and mortar locations if you staff them full of terrible employees that drive your customers away? 100% of all books I buy from here on out will be from purchased from independent book stores or Amazon, thanks entirely to the manager here named Amy and the way she treats Barnes & Noble customers.

In my opinion, not a good place to buy textbooks. My textbook for Physics 131I at OSU this year cost just over $200, and $140 at a bookstore a couple blocks away. Guess where I got my textbook? And school supplies are outrageously overpriced!

This is one my favorite Barnes & Nobles to go to. There is always this feeling of calm when you walk in. Its quiet and inviting. Plus there is a Starbucks inside.

Always liked this B&N especially at the height of the Harry Potter craze. Woefully understaffed but thats corporate office not local policy Im sure.
