I just called this store to ask if they had a certain type of cookbook available, and the person who answered the phone was incredibly rude. Told me it was possible they had something in the cookbooks area, but the books werent "sorted or anything," and then told me she highly doubted they had what I was looking for. She had a rude, rushed tone, and acted like I was wasting her time by calling. I told her thanks and said I wouldnt bother wasting my time by stopping in. With the economy as crappy as it is, why has it seemed like customer service has been slipping downhill when one would think people would be making more of an effort to make a sale? Makes no sense to me...

I went in on the way home from the grocery store expecting to be in there for a maximum of 30 minutes. The person working talked to her friend for a literal hour before I was even helped, and when she did get done talking had zero of the six books I was looking for. Obviously I tried to navigate the store by myself whilst she was talking, but it is so poorly organized that nothing could be found, even if they did have it. I would not recommend going here unless you are ready to test your patience and delve into a world of mediocrity.

Ive been a customer for at least 20 yrs. The new owner Kelli, is a gem! She keeps track of the authors I enjoy, holds all the newly released books for me, and calls when I havent been by in awhile. I always have a stack of books waiting, and she orders anything I need! She is the best!

Well organized and staff was very friendly and helpful. She knew the specific author and tried to help me find his books if she had them. Appears Store will be closing within the next month. Prices discounted. Too bad it is closing as this is a great used book store.

Very nice store, great selection, and if they dont have what you want, they will order it for you! Consistently brings in authors for book signing events. There are tons of sales going on all of the time!

This book store is now located on the other side of Wayne Road next to Dominos. Ive only visited a few times, but found their people to be extremely knowledgeable and friendly.
