I had driven by Cedar Center Hardware many times but never went in. The water line to my refrigerator sprung a leak, and I had to replace it. In the process, I managed to mangle the brass fittings that connected on the fridge end, trying to separate them from each other and the old tubing. I called Frigidaire to see if I could order replacement parts. It wasnt even certain that the parts they were quoting were the parts I needed. One was $.78 cents. The other $25!! I was about to head to Home Depot to see if I could locate these small plumbing parts, but I sensed that would be a fiasco. I knew I would probably never find them on my own, and finding a knowledgeable (or any) employee to help seemed about as futile, based on past experience. I decided to give Cedar Center Hardware a try. What a great decision! I was amazed by how many items they had in what I thought was a small store. Not one, but two people (the owner Lenny and based on their website I believe the store manager Ken, if it was someone else I apologize) helped me right away! They quickly diagnosed what parts I needed, and found them in their bins. They took the time to show me how everything should go together. They were friendly and helpful the whole time. All of that great customer service, and my total cost was $.84 cents! I felt guilty, paying so little for such awesome service and help. I was so impressed with the great customer service they provided for such a small sale. The parts worked beautifully, and the ice maker and water dispenser on my fridge are back up and running. While they didnt make much profit on that sale, they won a repeat customer for life. I will use them for all of my future hardware needs, and highly recommend anyone else do so as well!

Ol faithful. As a single woman who is also a homeowner, this is my go-to hardware store. I like to avoid the drama and hassel of the big box hardware stores whenever possible. The employees here are knowledgeable and service here is tailored and personable. What stands out most to me about this store is their HONESTY. These gentlemen have helped me diagnose more than one issue and have helped me save money by not leading me on to buy unnecessary parts. Businesses like this are hard to come by nowadays. Bravo Cedar Center Hardware!

Cedar Center Hardware is a great place to find anything you might need for your home repairs. They have all kinds of hard to find items that nobody else has. The staff has years of experience and they know exactly what it takes to get your projects done. They can fix just about anything you bring in...screens, windows, lamps, vacuum cleaners. They even have an awesome collection of license plates!
