Bike Ohio became my shop of choice two years ago, and although Ive moved away from the Cleveland area, their customer service is so beyond anything Ive ever experienced from a bike shop, I couldnt leave the shop behind! The owner, Chad, has gone above and beyond for me countless times, whether it be supporting a warranty, or special ordering parts not immediately in stock. Chad even personally delivered a new mountain bike I purchased last year, and spent a day with me in Ellicottville, NY dialing in the bike and riding the awesome trails. I bought my fiance a bike from Bike Ohio, and they have provided bikes to several other friends and work colleagues. Each transaction has been a great experience, and all remain highly satisfied with Bike Ohios service. Another reason to recommend Bike Ohio, is the work they do to support their local community. The shop hosts monthly "teach kids to bike" clinics in the Chagrin Falls area, and has donated a significant number of bikes to childrens charities over the past two Christmas seasons! What an incredible commitment to service, not only to their customers, but to the cycling community as a whole. Again, I really cant say enough about every interaction Ive had with Bike Ohio the past two years, I only wish they could open a branch wherever I happen to live!

After reading various reviews here, I decided to add one of my own...I was extremely pleased with the professionalism of Conner and his knowledge of getting me all dialed in with my new bike and various accessories (helmet, front and rear LED lighting, gloves, water bottle and holder, rear bag with extra inner tube and co2). After a week or so I brought my bike back in and thats when I met Chad...Chad was extremely helpful with making a couple adjustments for me and installed my new pedals (free of charge) while I waited. For somebody like me whos just getting into biking, it was very refreshing to deal with Bike Ohio and their entire staff from having them fit me to the new bike to taking care of me and wanting to help. An overall GREAT experience and I look forward to going back in the future! Highly recommended! Joe Perry

I went to the Bike Ohio store because it was strongly recommended by a friend. My experience was so great that the the word "Strongly" does not do it justice. I have been buying and riding bikes all my life and have never experienced the level of customer service and attention to detail before. The owner spent an hour making sure I had a dialed in, perfect fit to my new bike. I was also not treated like just some customer walking through the door, but rather like a friend. The other thing I liked about my time their was regardless of your riding experience, your treated with respect and no question is a dumb question. Finally, the staff will make sure your buying the bike that is right for you. My final word on Bike Ohio is if your thinking about getting a bike, GO to Bike Ohio, youll be VERY glad you did!

I have had nothing but positive experiences at Bike Ohio. I bought my first bike from the shop just a few months back and the staff were able to set me up with a nice ride and answer whatever questions I had, as I am new to the sport. The staff will go out of their way to make sure you are totally satisfied and find the perfect bike for you, and will even get you fitted for a bike before you commit to a purchase. Aside from being the shop where I bought my bike, Chad and his guys have been great for service and helping me keep it in great shape. I wouldnt go anywhere else for a new bike, as I refer all of my friends with interest in cycling to Bike Ohio... go see for yourself!

The employees are very knowledgeable as well as very friendly. They do a very good job of addressing a customers needs and will not sell a bike if it is not what is best for the customer. They will take extra time to fit your bike to you so that it will be the most comfortable and enjoyable. Due to this great service, I just ordered a new bike from them on Friday. In addition to their great service, they also try to get involved in the cycling community. There are group road rides that are led out of the shop as well as mountain bike outings to different parks. I highly recommend this shop to anybody, new to cycling or well versed in the sport.

Was wanting to upgrade my older road bile to a newer model. Was set on a Cannondale. Heard about Bike Ohio and reviewed their website, and saw they sold Cannondales. Went to the store and met up with Sara, a very knowledge assistant. Met the owner Chad and he went through the pros and cons of a Cannondale CAA8 105 versus a Cannondale Synapse 105. I decided on the Synapse. They had the model I wanted right in stock. Chad was very thorough on the fitting, and sold me on a 58cm size. He offered a great price (everything included), and now I own the bike, and took it home the next day. Great people, great service. Definitely check them out.

This is by far my favorite bike shop. I race competitively (Road, Track, CX, MTB) and commute by bike. Ive visited about 20 bike shops in NEO over the past 10 years. The attention to detail that Bike Ohio provides is second to none. I feel confident in both their sales and service, having bought my last two bikes there. While this shop is a 24mi drive from my house, its the one I choose to frequent for the reasons above. Theyre always happy to see you come in the door, even if its for a last minute purchase. When its time for the N+1 addition to your stable, the folks at Bike Ohio will not let you down!

Went in to check things out and purchase a spoke for my ailing 27"wheel.The owner quickly went to work addressing the real problem which was a "frozen" spoke I could not release. Minutes later I had a trued wheel (which held up excellent) and a tire with reflective sidewalls that I was hoping for. My bonus purchase was a very nice saddle tool bag just right for my needs. I ended up biting the bullet and purchasing a CO2 tire inflator kit with the owners recommendations, pro and con. Sold me his last spoke wrench, talked 29ers, and off I went. My first visit as a customer was fruitful and pleasant.

Brought my bike in for a full service tune-up. Asked them to go over the whole thing. Told them the inner tubes needed to be replace with the tires but they did not replace them. now I have a flat tire. The break pads should have been replaced, but werent. The pads arent even properly toed. Makes me wonder if they even looked it over thoroughly. The owner seemed to be a little pompous as well, not a good quality for anyone.... The techs seem like great guys, but between the final quality of work and getting a bad vibe from the owner, I will find another place to go... Live and learn...

No question - a great shop and a real asset to cycling in northeast Ohio. Not only are Chad and his team knowledgeable, detail-focused and attentive, but they really care about getting you the gear that works for you. Every time Ive gone in, Chad has gone above and beyond to make sure I walked out with the right stuff. Plus, the Bike Ohio crew is out in the community, working to get more riders on the road and trails. Great service, excellent products, knowledgeable and invested staff, and a dedication to cycling in northeast Ohio. Cant ask for much more.
