Thank you for bailing out a cyclist in need. While visiting my Dad in Sebring from Minnesota in mid-July, my borrowed cheap bike encountered a ride-altering problem. The rear wheel was rubbing on the frame something awful, and I had no means to fix the problem. I managed to get it to your store and asked for help. Being on a bike ride I had no money, but you refused money anyway and had me back on the road in moments. I cannot thank you enough for your willingness to repair a bike that obviously was not purchased at your store. On my next trip to Sebring I will return to The Bike Shop as a paying customer. Why five stars on this review? Because 10 stars is not an available number. Thank you again. Folks in Sebring are lucky to have you.

Great service at reasonable prices. Id been putting up with an annoying flat spot on my rear tire rim for ages. Frankly I had gotten used to it and didn’t think it was that big of a deal. I had been putting off shopping for new rims for my road bike. One of my friends recommended taking the wheel to the local bike shop here in Sebring. I needed a new inner tube anyway, so I dropped by the store and gave Dan the rear tire. He was able to straighten it out, the same day and at the quoted price too. He said it wasn’t perfect, but you couldn’t prove it by me. No more hopping motion. Nice! I would highly recommend Dan at the Sebring Bike Shop to anyone needing sales or service. I also picked up some great cycling tips too.

VERY DISAPPOINTED...spent $800. new bike and accessories on Feb 13, 2013 spent 39.99 on a "heavy-duty" bike cover. Peter, the owner, suggested this "heavy-duty" cover after explaining that the bikes would be on back of motorhome full-time.Today is March 20, 2013 and the cover has several tears and holes in it. i called Peter the owner today and he told me he doesnt warranty his items in store that I needed to go back to the manufacturer !! I offered to take pictures and send them to him, he refused and directed me back to Sunlight manufacturers. I was upset that he would not stand by his products that he sells.

Extremely knowledgeable and polite. My sons bicycle is an inexpensive bike we bought elsewhere. It broke a derailer. We ordered the product online and brought it to the bike shop. We had ordered the wrong product but the bike shop had the right one in stock in for less money than what we had paid online. We were out the door the same day. Since then I have bought running gear and brought my wifes bike in for a tuneup and was super impressed with the gentleman I dealt with.

Matthew and his team have taken care of me for the past few years and here is the thing....I live in Clermont, FL!!!! There is a reason i drive 1.5 hrs and that is for the exceptional service and knowledgable staff at the Bike Shop of Sebring. Aside from taking my Domane SLR out on a test run at the shop today, i took it out this afternoon for her maiden voyage and i didnt want to stop riding it.100% satisfied!!!!

I needed new tires and tubes on my best bike. The shop was opened promptly and greeted us in a friendly manner. We were quoted a price and were informed that it would be ready by 3:30. When we came back it was ready. I left a happy customer. This is the way I like to be treated. The personnel are professional, reasonable, prompt, courteous and dependable. I would highly recommend Bike Shop to my friends.

Matt has been very helpful, bought a Trek 1.1 bike, they helped me get it all set up and explained all operations of it. I have bought all my running shoes there and each time has taken the time to explain why he felt they were the right shoe for me. Knowledgeable and patient staff. Small town customer service, something I always miss at the big box stores.

It is terrific to have a great bicycle shop close to home. Owner Matt is extremely knowledgeable and customer focused and he took his time with my wife and me explaining anything we didnt understand. These guys are fantastic! They are very knowledgeable about all bikes and can help in every aspect from a new ride, to accessories to service.
