This is a good book store. The staff is efficient, attentive and they always get my reserve orders right. Theres never any room in the coffee area, but that is the fault of the same ubiquitous (apparently unemployable) squatters who finally drove me away from Starbucks. To say that I preferred Borders is like saying I miss the Dodo Bird. Heading over there today, actually.

This is a large bookstore with about any title you could want. It has a nice cafe inside and is quiet enough for a conversation over coffee. Stop in and walk around, youre sure to fine something interesting. They are on the more expensive side, but budget shoppers can find value in the many discount racks to the right after you walk in.

The staff is extremely professional and knowledgeable. From a customer service stand point they go above and beyond to help you. I am also grateful to have a physical store in the community. I love to hold and squeeze a book vs. using my reader. When I see them on my bookshelf it brings back great memories. Maybe Im old fashion.

One of the remaining brick and mortar bookstores in the area. Nice and big with a great kids section on the second floor and a nice boardgame section too. The cafe isnt very big, but there are better places to go for a coffee and scone. One of the last few places to browse books and find a rare gem left around.

This bookstore is a great place. It has a wide selection, good prices, and even has a Starbucks in it. There is nothing I can really say about this place other than the lines at checkout can be long. However, that is nothing major, and this is still a great place to get all kinds of books and other things, too.

Nice atmosphere. However, went here for a Gundam model and it was a little over priced. A lot of their stuff reflects this, but I understand that they do need to make a profit. Just cant compare to Amazon prices, but who can. Anyway, again great atmosphere, and clean place with a large selection of content.

For those who still like the feal of a real book in their hands, this is as close as youll get to an old book store. You can wander through the aisles of books and not be bothered by clerks asking you if you need help. If you do they are very helpful in finding what you need.

Interesting place. Didnt really interact with any of the staff. A little small, though its one of the few double decker (i.e., two-story) book stores Ive been to. Its definitely out there though, way at the northwest end of Fairlawn.

Very large, vibrant, and tons of stuff here, they keep everything stocked nicely so you know the book or item your looking for WILL be there waiting for you, even the people at Starbucks are great too.

That bookstore is amazing. When I go there I always spend a good hour just looking around. They have almost everything! But the prices are not the best. I normally end up buying my books in my Kindle.

The Starbucks cafe barista was extremely caring and nice. Even though I was upset that they did not accept Starbucks gift cards, he explained why, and was very attentive to the problem. Great cafe

Went for the Yule Ball, over crowded, walkways crowded, could hardly move, no definitive lines for crafts, staff seemed overwhelmed. Their costumes were great though.
