I contacted them via Facebook looking for a Nintendo 64 game for a Christmas present. I was told they were able to get the game and they would contact me the next week to come pick it up I waited a week and was not contacted, I messaged them a second time asking if it would be in by Christmas because it was a gift, they assured me it would definitely be in by christmas. The week of christmas I messaged them twice with no response and tried calling them 3 times with no answer. Here it is today Christmas eve, Facebook shows my messaged have been read and still no response from this buisness... If they couldnt get the game thats fine, but a little communication would have been nice on their part. I will take my buisness elsewhere, I suggest others use caution.

I went there once at 12:30pm on a Tuesday, they were closed - came back later that day around 3-4pm, still closed. I went back there the day after that after coming back from classes around 7pm, closed. I can say that this place seriously needs to put up the correct times. I will not be going back, Id rather drive to Tampa to a place that actually knows how to run a store. If you say your open from 12pm to 8pm, you should be open. It seems that this is more of a we will open whenever we feel like it business. Must be nice to somehow pay for rent with such a mindset.

I guess I should call to make sure people actually open their store because its posted that Nerd Out is open 2-8pm on Sundays. After driving over an hour to get here Im sitting in the parking lot at 5pm staring at a CLOSED sign.
