Where to start about the weird experience I had here yesterday? Walked in for the first time Saturday afternoon with my mother and sister, and there was absolute silence in the place, not serene, peaceful silence, but awkward, uncomfortable silence. No ambient music, no sound at all. Two young adults, who appeared to to a man and a woman, where snuggled on the sofa, under a throw, looking out the window. They neither greeted us, spoke to us at anytime or to each other. Not sure they even looked at us. Jewelry that I was interested in was out on a shelf, no information about what it was made of or who made it, and it was $100+. I could have easily pocketed whatever I liked and walked away. And it smelled weird for a shop that is curated for home decor, like basement musty. The shop is lovely to look at, and cold, uninviiting and poorly staffed. My mother and sister thought we had wandered into a strangers home, unwelcomed.

HONOR THE BOYCOTT and NEVER buy anything from the leftist that owns this crap trap and hates the traditional family values that made America GREAT. She mocks bibical commands on the family and seeks to redefine it as a publicity stunt. NOT a smart thing to do in the BIBLE BELT. This funky little shop is just another one of Winston-Salems many hidden gems. I love that it supports and features local artists, hobbyists, and what I believe to be secret but kind witches, nymphs, and elves. Just a cool little nook off Trade Street that is sure to brighten your day.
