Worst customer experience ever. I tried to call them to confirm some of the prices of the bags I want to purchase. They kept me waiting on phone forever and no one helps. If they are very busy then get more staff. I mean it is Michael Kors. The brand should deserve some customer experience.

the place is cute, clean, friendly. But attention by the manager in charge on this day is really poor and leaves much to be trying to say nasty customers and despot of his hand, and realizing his mistake does not apologize. unlike the friendliness of its employees.

Worst customer service Ever, just go to the one in sawgrass mills mall instead if you want to be able to return or exchange like in any normal store. Very disappointed !!!
