**** READ BEFORE GOING!!!**** A BUNCH OF LAIRS JUST TO GET SALES!!!!!!!! In disgust ! I was lied to in my face after being a loyal customer, making every jewelry purchase with zales and recommending family and friends to this company. I was lied about finance options and a sales rep said itll be interest free for 12 months... 6 Months down the road I see a mysterious 79.66 dollar charge TWICE because it was actually 6 months and the sales rep lied to me. DO NOT believe anything these people say and ALWAYS request things to show on paper BEFORE signing anything so you dont end up in a situation like mine. VERY disgusted with the experience and feel taken advantage of. I will no longer be a customer to Zales and I advise that you DO NOT shop there. ****BRING YOUR BUSINESS TO ANOTHER JEWELRY STORE *** I had an Issue with a zales store in Orlando Fl but currently live in texas. These people told me I had 12 months no interest when really it was 6 for my purchase. I shopped with zales for years, recommended a bunch of family and friends to shop there too. The only option I had was to remove 79 dollars of interest or go to the store and get something for more money when THEIR OWN sales rep told me something different in store. A shame you cannot believe what these people say. It wasnt something realistic for me and they said they couldnt do anything for me that they talked to the sales rep and said that they had a meeting with the sales rep and they told me it was 6 months and I misunderstood (ofcourse). All in All id recommend to go to another jewelry store.

They called us in this morning telling me I could take home my engagement ring if my fiancé linked his debit card. When we arrived at the store they told us he would have to apply for a credit card to do it. Theyre nothing but scammers. DONT SHOP HERE
