I am so frustrated with this store right now. I took my daughter over here this afternoon to pick out some accessories for her prom dress. I loved the selection. They had so many glittering pieces that were perfect to choose from. We got a necklace, bracelet, headband, and clutch plus some birthday gifts for a friend and a family member. I spent over a hundred dollars here today. When it came time to put on the headband it just fell apart in my hands. The metal holding the crystals together just completely disintegrated. I didnt have time to go back to the store so we glued it together. I hope it holds up through the night or I am going to be really upset. They have so many cute and affordable items but if the quality is this poor I will think twice about shopping here again.

I attempted to use the mens restroom at the Coconut Creek Florida location and they had converted the mens restroom into a stockroom for employees only access. Just because the store does not cater to males does not mean that they should not have a male restroom. I was very upset by this. If I was a female however I would love everything that they sell here and the service is wonderful :-)
