Had a terrible Morning at Harris Teeter. This is what they did not have. 1. Cream of Shrimp soup. Campbells makes it. You no longer have it. 2. Fresh small salad shrimp. The frozen ones were nearly impossible to get to, the freezer door is blocked by construction. 3. Bread sticks....didnt have fresh ones and didnt have frozen. 4. cheese cake in the bakery 5. Large curd cottage cheese. Had to purchase small curd. 6. Banana peppers. Think olive garden salad. These are NOT chili peppers or sweet peppers. They have a little bit of bite, suitable for a salad. 7. Dole already prepared salad mix. I bought HT brand, but the lettuce is bruised. 8.. Didnt have canned Herring Roe. Ive tolerated the construction, but youre forcing me to shop elsewhere when you wont carry what I need regularly. I complained to the check out clerk, with no response. Youre going to drive me across the street to Whole Food.

This review is for the deli. Husband went in today and ordered a whole wrap for me and a cheesesteak for him. Now, he despises onions and is allergic well. He told her NO veggies and no onions. She failed to mention that the onions were already mixed in with the steak. There was not even a single sign to warn the customers that onions were included. He tend to have breathing problems when exposed to onions. I went back to the store for him to get the order right, which is how I found out that onions were included. You probably should just let onions be already included into the meat in case someone may be allergic, and you dont have any caution signs. Wont order from here again.

Always clean and the people are very nice. They have one bagger, Wes, who honestly blew me away last time I was there. In the 30 or so minutes I was shopping, i witnessed probably a dozen small acts of kindness from him. I worked at Harris Teeter for years and its really hard sometimes to get up and be pleasant to each and every customer, but Wes nailed it. Probably because it isnt an act for him, hes just a good guy. I just wanted him to be recognised for his politeness and his effort. Our cashier Noah was great, too. Great store. I know its hard to work for corporate grocery stores, but theyre making the best of it.

A premier grocery store featuring several specialty departments with tasty prepared foods, international items and high end products. However, it also provides basic staples, produce and dry goods like many stores. The store associates are friendly, kind and always helpful. Moreover, because it is a 24 hour operation, the parking lot is always clean, well lighted and routinely patrolled, so it is pleasure and convenience to shop day or night.

If you go here, try to avoid using the self checkout. There is a very strange lady who operates them who will look at what you are buying and then for some reason announce it to her co-workers. My girlfriend and I just went here to buy some condoms and she thought it would be cool to laugh about it with some other lady who was working there. She was very creepy and made the shopping experience very uncomfortable.

A nice grocery store with friendly local staff, good sales, most importantly a good selection of hard to find goods and lots of fresh produce. Would recommend self checkout, not because they are bad at checkout but because i found it a quicker and easier experience. Note that Harris Teeter is slightly more expensive than some competitors but its usually worth it for the produce and organic products available.

Harris Teeter is continuing to improve. The organic options have grown. They are expanding their brands to include healthier and allergy friendly options. The store is always clean and the workers are friendly. They also have free Wi Fi and a dine-in area. I can find many of the same options I buy at specialty food stores for a lot less.

Best grocery store that I have ever been too. The quality, selection, variety and delie coupled with outstanding staff and facilities should be the standards for every grocery store. If you are ever near here, just walk through and judge for yourself. I challenge you not to purchase something from the delivery. It looks that good.

Great Store to shop in. My Favorite Food Store. Managers and Staff very Helpful, and Friendly. Cant go by without stopping in to buy something. With the new renovation and larger store, I can expect even more selections. Only wish that they run Senior Discounts more than just on Thursdays. Harold

Definitely the fancy schmancy Harris Teeter in town. Theyre bakery is great, but they seem busy all the time compared to other Harris Teeters in town. I feel like I fight the crowd more even during the typical quiet morning hours here.

Its a decent store, but since being acquired by Kroger, HT has really slid in service and selection. This NC classic has become just another grocery chain. Publix has replaced them as my favorite in Wilmington!
