Carpet Smart installed my hardwood floors approximately three years ago and recently a piece of the flooring separated and I called and made an appointment for this to be replaced. Since it was not covered under warranty I was advised of a minimum $150 service charge. An appointment was made to come out May 26th between 9-9:30, that morning a called was received from Carpet Smart and I was told the repairman was running behind and would now be out at 3:00PM. At 4:30 no one showed up so I called the store and Val said she would contact the repairman and get back to me. At 4:45PM the repairman called and rescheduled for Thursday May 28th at 9:00AM.. At 9:00AM the repairman called and needed to reschedule for Friday May 29th at 9:00AM.. At 9:00 I called the repairmans cell and no answer. I then called the office and spoke with Val and she told me he was suppose to have called me Thursday night, but I did not get any call. I cancelled the appointment with Carpet Smart and will now find another company to do the repair....

Had a horrible customer service experience with Carpet Smart from start to finish. Order was a month late getting installed. Installers showed up un-announced. Invoice was wrong and had to make multiple calls in order to get it corrected. It was a very simple job but it turned into a major headache. I would recommend looking somewhere else.

They installed about 1000 sq feet in our home of white oak, then refinished my old wood to match the new. They feathered in the seams so well, I cannot tell where the new and old meet. Very nice job and Omar is a pro. Jon is a class act and I wouldnt go with anyone else for hardwood or carpet in town...and I got a LOT of estimates.
