1996 Lincoln Town Car, Cartier model purchased July 2011. This is the third car I have purchased online, and, like the first 2 online car purchases (both Lexus), this one was also excellent. My experience buying a used car from Quality Ford was positive from start to finish. My initial inquiry was handled rapidly and courteously. Quality Fords web site was user friendly, very easy to use, and I liked the complete description and the video of the car. After having my initial questions answered and deciding to go to North Carolina to look at the car, I was picked up by a very gracious retired gentleman who drives cars and customers for Quality Ford. When I arrived at the dealership, I was again treated with graciousness and courtesy. After a test drive, the deal was quickly sealed. (I like knowing the price in advance, which is a big advantage when buying online and working with a no-haggle dealer.) There was a problem that arose after the purchase, and Baird King at Quality Ford handled it quickly, professionally, graciously, honorably, and courteously. Everyone I dealt with at Quality Ford was a pleasure to deal with. A note for folks who have never purchased a used car online: keep in mind that it is incumbent on the buyer to do their own research on the model they want to buy and to ask the seller detailed questions about a particular car and have those questions answered to their own satisfaction. And keep in mind that when buying a used car, unless you are paying top dollar for a professionally restored vehicle, your used car will have imperfections as all used vehicles do. Do not buy a used car unless you are prepared to do the research in advance and ask and have answered all of your questions that will help you make a good decision. And last, as with all online transactions, if you are unhappy with your purchase contact the seller first to resolve before leaving feedback - give the seller an opportunity to make things right. I am a very satisfied Quality Ford used car customer and I would definitely buy another used car from Quality Ford. Recommended. Robert Roberts Washington, DC / Alexandria, VA

Being an internet savvy shopper and in the auto/financial industry for over 15 years, Its not always easy to get the level of customer service that exceeds expectation. However, working with Sierra(salesperson), Robert(general sales manager), and Mike(business manager) was hands down the best auto buying experience of my lifetime. Taking a lot of time out to visit dealers and make choices is not always an option in our busy lives. I know myself, I prefer to deal by phone to hash out the fine details before the visit of possible. When I initially contacted the dealership, Sierra was my first point of contact. She was quick, concise, and accurate with her knowledge of what I was looking for, and had me headed in the right direction in a matter of minutes. I was able to deal directly with Robert in a series of very effective emails(since I was working and live 5 hours away from Whiteville), and within the matter of an hour, I was ready to purchase my new vehicle. The phone and email communication superceeded any type of professionalism Ive received at a dealer prior, which is saying a lot because I interact with auto dealers all throughout the country daily in my profession. At arrival to the dealership several days later-which worked for my schedule- I was warmly greeted by the owner Hamp welcoming me to the dealership. Everyone was very friendly, my vehicle was detailed and ready to drive away, and all of the hassle of the buying process seemed very painless since everyone was prepared for my visit. I would highly recommend this team of professionals at Quality Ford in Whiteville to any and all who want a wonderful car buying experience. They will accommodate your hectic schedule and make you feel like family when its all over. Thanks again Sierra, Robert, and Mike for the absolute best customer service available!!!!! You guys are awesome! Bridgette T.

Received a notice in the mail. Stating I had won something. When we arrived at the dealership the salesman said everyone is a winner. We got here at 9:00 AM, I explained to the the salesman I had to work that night. We did not have time to waste. I won $2.00, (everyone that walked in that day won $2.00) not even worth gas to drive to Whiteville. Eric Smith was our salesman. After talking with Eric and the finance guy. We decided on a vehicle. Well to make a long story short at 1:45 PM they were still playing games. I told them again (which I had several times during the day), I needed to get to wk. Jim and Eric both said since they were so busy they would give me a call. We were approved it was details to work out. No problem, I can do that. Well at 6:00 PM I called back spoke with Eric, again he said you are approved! Just have a few details. That was all on Wednesday AM. Well it is now Saturday AM. Still no call from Eric, Jim or anyone at Quality Ford in Whiteville. I dont do business with folks that lie to me. Not a good practice. So if you go to Quality Ford in Whiteville NC beware, they dont return call. Like they say they will.

My husband and I live in Loris, SC. We got an invitation to a special event at Quality Ford. Prizes shown were $250,00, and I Pad 2, $25,000 and a $250 gift card. Inside the envelope there was a game card which you had to strip sections to see if you had any matches for a winning price. My card revealed I was a winner. I called the 800 number and made an appt. to visit the dealership. The person I spoke to excitedly confirmed that I had won a prize. We were interested in buying a pick up or a SUV..I asked which prize I had won. Our sales person Tiffany gave me a 2 dollar lottery telling me that was the price I had won. I asked her to show me where it stated other prizes on the invitation in the fine print she and another salesman said it was a marketing gimmick to encourage sales. We were furious and left the dealership. We would have never gone there in the first place for a lousy 2 dollar lottery ticket. What a scam!

Absolutely despicable place. False advertising campaigns and outright lies. They send flyers out in the mail with a "contest" and tell you on the flyer that you have definitely and without a doubt won a certain prize. Theres even a working number for you to call, and those people also tell you that you have won the said prize. Then they schedule an appointment for you to go to the dealership to pick up your prize only to tell you when you get there that it was all a campaign to get people on their lot so they can run your credit and try to sell you a new car and that your not winning any prize at all. If a car dealership has to lie and scheme to get people on their lot, youd be better off going somewhere else, because theyre going to lie and screw you over any and every chance they get. I would rate this place a zero if it were possible.

Robert and Sierra were great to work with. It was the easiest car buying experience. We never thought inquiring about/buying a car over the Internet would be so easy. Negotiated pricing on vehicle and trade through email, drove 2 hours to the dealer on a Saturday and were greeted by Sierra as soon as we pulled up. She set us up with a test drive immediately and went over the features of the vehicle. When it was time to complete the transaction all we had to do was sign, they had everything ready for us. Highly recommend this dealer and would definitely do business with them for future auto needs.
