I see many good reviews about this place. I wasnt one of the lucky ones who had a good experience, however. At second thought, I wasnt even offered the opportunity to have an experience. The crucial factor that is the starting point of any deal was missing, acknowledgement. I did go in on a Saturday and I am sensible and understanding enough to know that it can be a busy and hassled day for the salesmen. Waiting was never a problem because I set out to this dealership that day with a mindset of going home with a new car. So I wouldve waited an hour, even two, but someone just had to come acknowledge my presence there. Many salesmen saw me, but not a single one came and said hello, someone will be with you shortly, or anything. I waited inside the dealership and roamed the lots for about 45 minutes, nothing. Some guy, likely the manager, was just casually sitting in the glass cabin at his computer, he looked right at me and walked past me twice but did not have the courtesy to come say anything. I dont know if they have personal reasons to treat some customer differently or what. It all worked out for the best as I purchased a fully loaded new Audi from another dealership. It was a bit far, but the drive was worth it because it was never about the distance or time it was all about the service I was provided from another dealership. Furthermore, after thorough research, the price here for the vehicle I was looking to buy was the highest of all dealerships I inquired. Though this is the closest Audi to me, I will drive half an hour more to Raleigh for the service of my new Audi. The way I was treated here has made me realize that this dealership does not deserve my business nor will they get any consideration during my planned next Audi purchase. Also, dont just go by these google reviews, you can find more accurate reviews on their Yelp page.

Ive been an Audi Cary customer for many years. I purchased my first Audi there in 2010 and have continued being a loyal customer of the Service Department ever since. Overall, those fairly positive experiences over time would have granted 4 or 5 stars. However, recently I went back to possibly jump into a new Audi. I am not a fan of wasting hours of time going back and forth playing the car buying game. Instead I test drove the vehicle and just wanted to leave an offer at the table that I believed was fair. They already had my contact information, so I just provided an offer and said reach me if you can make this happen, and if not, dont worry about it. Purchasing the vehicle wasnt an urgent need, but rather a want given the right price or deal. At this point, Wes (the GM), came to the table and said the offer is not realistic and started being rude. To me, an offer within two or three thousand dollars of their asking price seems realistic...this wasnt my first rodeo. I would expect a respectable GM and salesman to provide a counter price that was also "realistic". A calm and rational, "sir here is the best price I can offer, please consider it and feel free to reach us when you are ready to move forward." Instead Wes decided to tear up the paperwork and led us to the exit. The whole experience made it seem like he was doing me a favor in selling me the car, and I should just pay them the price on the tag. Apparently "realistic" customer service is no longer their priority at Audi Cary.

A year ago, I met Johnnie when I was having my A6 2.7 S-Line serviced. I asked him for a business car and said I would give him a call one day when I was ready to purchase a new vehicle. Well I did extensive research for 10 months and showed up one day and test drove a S7 which was an awesome experience from customer service to test driving. I told Johnnie that I would call him after test driving a Mercedes CLS550. Well we showed up the next weekend and test drove a S8 and the entire experience was even more awesome. I asked him to give me a few weeks to figure out what my wife and I wanted to buy. He was very understanding and not pushy at all which made us feel very comfortable. When you buy a high end car, you have done all your research and know when you want to buy it. So I called him up yesterday and said that I was on my way with my check book to buy an S8. From beginning to end the process took less than 2 hours and I was on my way home with our new car. 2 Audis in the garage and room for one more....... I will definitely be buying a Q7 very soon and I definitely will be treating him to a steak dinner very soon. Johnnies Knowledge - 10 Johnnies Professionalism - 10 Johnnies Concerns for our needs and well being - 10 Johnnies Honesty and Business ethics - 10 Of course 10 is the highest rating! Based on our experience, I will definitely be buying a Q7 to add to the garage.

Tremendous car buying experience. From when we first walked through the door as potential customers to full blown owners, the way the staff treated us didnt change a bit. Very professional. From offering and bringing us snacks and drinks, to opening doors, to having a relaxed demeanor, the staff at Audi of Cary was top notch. My wife and I were interested in buying the new 2015 S3, so we set up an appointment, and Jock Washington took care of us the whole way through. My wife and I both test dove the car and the entire time Jock was very professional and exuded a relaxed demeanor, giving us tips and information about the car while tailoring his comments to our very different driving styles. We explained that we were going to test drive a few other brands before we made up our mind, and again he did an excellent job of creating a stress-free environment and experience. Even though we were going to other dealerships, he didnt try and shoe-horn his opinions or editorialize. We returned in the afternoon and bought it. As a very nice touch, Jock had the car brought into the center of the showroom floor after it was detailed while we were finishing up the paperwork in the back room. Hanging from the rearview mirror was a placard with mine and my wifes name on it. If youre in the market for a luxury vehicle, make a point to stop by Audi of Cary.

I meant to write this before now but you know how it is during the holidays. In Oct. I found the car I was looking for on the internet. Its a VW Jetta TDi. After phoning the dealership to make sure it was still there, I was called back by Len. I got there the same day as these cars seem to go fast, off the lot and on the road. ; ) The service I received was top notch. I had my 10 and 11 year old there with me and Len even joked and and kept the occupied while my husband and I were in financing. A new dad himself, he was the perfect salesman for us! Id also like to recognize Alex, who does financing. I dont have amazing credit but Alex got it done!! He went back several times tweaking things to get us approved. The guys we worked with were kind, curious, respectful and had a sense of humor (thank God cause you kinda have too when you bring kids to the car dealership). I even forgot my cds in my old car and Lynn mailed them to me! Thanks so much Lynn & Alex! Im lovin my new ride and especially lovin that Ive just had to put gas in it 4 times!!! Love that diesel! Oh,.. he also sent me off with a full tank of gas at the end of our deal! Hope you guys have a great Christmas and enjoy that new little girl Lynn, the years go by fast! Tammie D.
