Best bicycle store in Raleigh. The entire staff is attentive, personable, helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly. I visited several stores in the Raleigh area during the search for my perfect bicycle. Much like buying a car, you wont find a wide variance in prices once you determine the model that peaks your interest. The thing that truly sets these folks apart is their desire to assist you not only during the initial purchase, but afterwards with service and making sure you are getting the maximum enjoyment from your bicycle. Its not easy finding good customer service these days, let alone outstanding. This place has it in droves. I highly recommend that you pay them a visit if you are in the market for a bicycle or service on your bike. Believe me when I tell you that you wont be disappointed.

Amazing bike store, with amazing staff. From the second I walked in the store I was well taken care of. Chris assisted me with choosing a bike and making sure it fit me correctly. He was very knowledgeable and friendly and answered all my questions. I walked out a proud owner of a Trek bike I absolutely love. The following week I called asking for an accessory. Chris located it and called me back 2 minutes later. He met me outside the store when I arrived and got my bike out of my truck for me. Just amazing customer service. Yesterday I stopped by store for a few more things. Chris was off..BUT...Matt took great care of me. This store and staff just ROCK. THANKS GUYS! ! Highly recommend this bike store! A++

I am giving this bike shop a negitive rating for one reason, they threw out my wheel well after I ordered a quick release wheel well replacement. I came back a day after the part was in and they could not find my original vintage steel wheel well. The service and repair was fine but I cannot believe someone would throw away a perfectly good steel wheel well. It was worth recycling at least.

Seriously some of the best people around. Extremely nice, helpful, knowledgeable, and respectable. I didnt feel like they were trying to push any bikes down my throat, just that they wanted to help me get the best bike for my personal needs. I never at all felt pressured. If you have any bike needs go here! I garuntee you will not be disappointed.

The staff is fantastic, they go above and beyond to make sure you get exactly what you need and that all your questions are answered. Patrick is the best! I did a lot of research before buying my FX bike and couldnt be happier, both with the quality and service. I go to them for all my accessories and tuneups.

One of the reps, Matt, spent a good amount of time talking with me about different grades of road bikes and let me test ride a Trek Emonda. What a great bike! Wasnt even acknowledged in store, this was the first time in an all Trek store, and was the only customer in store at 11am. Hoped to get some more info, maybe test ride a 27.5+ bike. Maybe the stores,with more than just Trek will treat me better.
