While there, they seemed to check on everyone but me. There was a sneering receptionist who failed to direct me to where I could receive the help that I needed; she kind of just looked at me and disregarded my presence. After that, one of the young optometrist was very attentive in asking the lady beside me if she had been helped. I, at last, had to call attention to myself by acknowledging my own presence... I wont say why I think she got attention and I didnt, but you can look at my picture and maybe create a theory. Last, but definitely not least, my insurance has been double charged for two DIFFERENT amounts by two different doctors. There are too many locations around for you to be hindered by this one.

Walk in, I have a RESERVATION for a book which was made a few hours earlier, next thing I know, they cant find it. Then they start smirking at me, and telling me that there was never any of that book there to begin with when it clearly stated online that there was at this location. I go home, check to see if it was gone, according to b&N, it was still there. Total bs, service terrible, place looks nice, but service is terrible.

Spent 45 minutes of my life to walk out with literally nothing. Customer service is awful, to include the manager which is sad. And was unable to get one of the most popular series in the world, and its not a new book – the hunger games. Biggest Barnes & Noble in Raleigh, and really horrible

I think this is one of the best Barnes and Nobles Ive been to. The store seems to have a good selection, and the Starbucks is above average. I attended a writing group here for a while, and the store even let us borrow their tables and chairs for our meetings.

Ive always loved Barnes and Noble. They have a friendly, helpful staff. Glad to see they are still in business even with the reduction in print book purchases.

One of the bigger Barnes in Noble in the area, the other being the one at Southpoint. This location has a better looking cafe than the one at Crabtree

Really nice Barnes and Noble with two stories. Good collection of, well, books. Staff are helpful but sometimes hard to track down.
