Ordered a book online and payed $15 for 2 day shipping as I needed it for the first day of class. After receiving an email from them that it had shipped, I then called 3 days later since it had not arrived, learning they had never actually shipped my book.

Its a bookstore you need to go to if youre going to Durham tech, but the people who work there are disinterested and everything is overpriced. Also books sold as "New" with the "New" price are sometimes just "Used".
