For the past two years, this has been my go to shop for textbooks, clothes, gifts, and anything UVa related. The prices have been good (including on textbooks), the selection is unparalleled, and a portion of all sales go to Access UVa, which is a nice touch. They also offer an array of services such as cell phone charging, UPS package acceptance, computer repair, and more that are very convenient for students. Moreover, it could not be more convenient, in terms of both location and hours. On top of all that, customer service is top notch. I had a frustrating experience at the store recently that I had kind of brushed off and not thought too much about afterwards. Within 24 hours, however, I had received an email and a phone call from two store managers expressing their sincere apologies and letting me know that they valued me as a customer and hoped I would continue to come to the store. This was totally unexpected, and after a really frustrating experience, this was a wonderful surprise. I look forward to continuing to come here for the rest of my time at UVa and when I visit as an alum. TIP: If you are a UVa Alumni Club member, show your card at checkout for 10% off!

It has your usual selection of items that you can find at your local shopping square stores like BAM, CVS and 2nd & Charles. But if you are looking for a cheap alternative, you ARE NOT going to find it here. Prices are usually double, sometimes triple, what they are in nearby stores like Walmart—and for less quantity as well. Overall, its more of a first year distance convenience, not a financial convenience.

If you want UVA swag they have everything you can possibly think of they could stick a logo on. However, be prepared to pay for it as there are scant deals to be had here except for some close out tables. Also, they really need to clean the bathrooms at the exit, stall walls have something growing on them!

Youre one-stop shop for everything UVa. Clothing, accessories, not to mention all course textbooks and materials, the store has it all.
