I stopped by today to pick up a lug nut. I told the fellow behind the counter, Mike, what I needed and he brought up a photo that was for sure incorrect. I told him no that I just needed the part that screws on to hold the wheel on. He went to the back and brought another incorrect part up. I said that wasnt it. He started huffing and puffing as if he was going to blow the whole house down then he started telling me how it was my fault and proceeded to try to load all of the companies images onto a screen while he threw the incorrect part on the counter. All that attitude over a 2 dollar lug nut and 10 steps he had to take. Shame on you guys! There is an OReilly auto next door. I went there and you should too. If this is how you treat your customers, Mike and management, you need to put in some serious customer service training hours. Advance wont see another dime from me EVER because of THIS location.

Went to get wiper blades and asked for help from an older man that worked there who at the time was looking at a computer monitor After he acknowledged that I was standing there waiting he said he didnt have time..told me to get the other man to help me who had three customers in line waiting.. I left the store and got my wipers next door. I had a simple question that could have been answered quickly if the employee would give me the time of day. I wont go back!

Unfriendly staff, after waiting over 10 minutes for my turn so that someone could scan my check engine light, the lady cashier skips over me and starts asking the man behind me (who literally just walked in)what parts he needed then proceeds to look them up on the computer and walk him to the parts. After that I just walked out. Better off going next door to OREILLYS Auto parts.

Bought an alternator that was bad when I went to return under warranty they tell me its not in their system Ill be pursuing this in court horrible service and rude the lady there so disrespectful and cussing over the phone unprofessional
