so, i had to catch some last minute items for a meeting this morning... Stopped at Rite Aid - closed doors.. looked at the watch... 8:00... opening times 8 am to 10 pm.. ok.. cant take that long... after 5 minutes and an unsuccessful phone call to the store I left... BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ..if you open at 8 you open at 8 and not 8;01 ....

This location sucked at customer service! First you have to wait 3hrs for your RX and when they call you and tell you its ready you still have to wait 20 mins when noone else is in line waiting!

I left Walmart pharmacy to try out Rite Aid because Walmart is slow. Always a line. But Rite Aid is slower than Grandma and very rude. So, I guess I will go back to Walmart. At least their nice.
