On Wednesday morning, January 13th I called to place an order for a daily prescription that I take for a life-threatening illness. I didnt receive the medication until the evening of the 19th, nearly a week later. This was after explaining to the person on the phone that if I didnt receive the shipment by that weekend, I would run out and miss doses. They couldve easily verified my insurance with a 30 second phone call that same day and sent it out and I would have had it by the weekend easily. I even provided the phone number of my insurance company to them in a subsequent phone call (I called them 4 times during the week trying to expedite the process). But they obviously couldnt have cared less. As a result of CVS Caremarks appalling lack of Caring, I missed 3 doses of vital medication. I will never order from them again. In fact, I wouldnt buy my toilet paper from this pharmacy. You guys should be ashamed of yourselves.

I called 1/6 to place my delivery order. It was supposed to arrive on 1/11, but never did. I called last night because i need the med everyday and the person on the phone said it was cancelled on 1/9 because i didnt pay the co-pay. I never received a call that it was cancelled and the person on the phone confirmed that i didnt. I have a $0 co-pay through CVS. So they called in a bridge dose last night, that i had to pay for and will get reimbursed. Was supposed to get meds today, surprise I did not. I told them that I needed another bridge dose, but wasnt going to pay for it, but they said they cant pay, only reimburse. So i have to go out again and get my meds and pay for them too even though it was their mistake. I will leave CVS specialty when i get new insurance and go back to Walgreens where I didnt ever have a problem.

Terrible company. Please dont ever use them if you want your medication on time. Company screwed up and told me my prescription would be to me the next day which was a Saturday. Didnt receive it so I called them and they said my prescription was expired and I wont get my meds until at least Monday and that there was nothing they could do to help me since I am out of the medication. It is a med for kidney transplant so now I have to hope that missing a day or two of my medication doesnt cause my transplant to fail. I even called Friday to make sure they had a new prescription and was assured that I would get the prescription Saturday. If you need your meds on time and dont want to have to worry about not having them when you really need them please dont use this company.

Horrible customer service. Ive had 3 deliveries cancelled since Saturday due to clerical issues on their end. When the deliveries have been cancelled I have heard nothing from the pharmacy to notify me. Their actions show they do not care about their patients. Past specialty pharmacies have gone above and beyond to ensure delivery, this pharmacy cant even ensure that your medication will be shipped from their facility. If you have any other options for a specialty pharmacy, take it.

CVS is a joke. ESPECIALLY the specialty pharmacy. Ive worked there, I know what goes on and Im embarrassed to even have CVS on my resume. Im sorry to anyone that gets their medication from there or has to deal with them EVER. That entire company is a joke. That is the last place you should get your medication filled. ESPECIALLY the specialty mail pharmacy. Complete garbage from HR to management to the employees.

I only give it a 1 because there is no lower ratings. I have been through at least 4 numbers since CVS is the new speciality pharmacy and just yesterday, I was told the number I called 2 weeks ago is no longer the one I need. It has been changed again. I really liked accredo. They called at least 3 days ahead and 5 ahead if there was a holiday. This CVS doesnt even call. I have to hunt them down.

Worst pharmacy that I ever dealt with. Did not recieve my medication as scheduled every time. Called and asked forr the pharmacy manager and spoke to the supervisor of customer service. He is paid to smooth over the clent and not resolve the issue. This has happened every time since my insurance changed pharmacies. If given the choice I would definately change pharmacies.

Worst service ever. Son on anti rejection drugs for liver transplant, took weeks to get drugs. Also needs meds for Crohns disease, after being on for ten years is now denied.
