I like coming into this place to look at all the toys. Very nice selection, but usually too pricey for my taste. I dont think anyone has ever offered to help or anything when I have been in which is kind of sad. If they want better customer and store relationship, they should probably greet their customers or offer to help find something for them.

This is without a doubt the biggest local toy store Ive ever visited. The selection of quality toys & games is just massive. Customer service is great and they even wrap presents for FREE! Many places throughout the store for kids to play, too!

They are so helpful and always pleasant. They didnt have the right item in stock, so they had it sent from the Greensboro store and called me when it was in! It saved me so much grief trying to find the perfect first Birthday gift!!
