Wanted to commend Target store! I was supposed to purchase shower and wedding gifts for the Bride To Be from Target or Kohls - but my company closed so I am currently in between jobs - nothing was left on her list that I could put together to make a nicely matched gift. So....my sister said why dont you buy her a bunch of toiletry items, newly married people ALWAYS need that. So I went to Dollar Tree in Stow and purchased 20 items at a dollar each. While there, I also saw a great outdoor patio dish set, and bought that for the wedding gift. Well, 1 week before the shower, I learned she had moved in with her boyfriend because they came across a great apartment rent special - if they moved in now. So I decided my gift would not work anymore, stopped to buy a Target gift card in CF; planning to stop at Dollar Tree in Stow with my receipt to return the toiletry items. Dollar Tree said they NEVER refund items, that I needed to exchange the 20 store items. So I was being forced to purchase their other store items, because the dish set came from there weeks earlier also, so could not return that either to be able to keep the Target gift card. Even tried to ask people in the store, IF they were planning to purchase 20 items, to pay me $20 cash, so I could hold onto the Target gift card. I ended up calling the Streetsboro Target store, down the road from where I live, explaining the horrible situation I was in of how I only had $20 to spend on a shower and $20 to spend on a wedding gift. Could I please return the $20 gift card I had just bought? Something I had never done before...anywhere. They said as long as I had my receipt...they made a bad situation better for me! I will not forget that. Anytime I want to buy a gift card for someone, I will think Target from now on...as you are ALL great for helping me out with my financial mess. Customer service is lousy these days everywhere I go, nice to know that Target REALLY cares about their customers! ALL of you keep up the good work!!!!

Second time Ive recently abandoned my cart because the check out lines were outrageously long. 2 registers open. Each register had at least 4 customers with more lining up. 2 employees in the front of the store one of which was pushing carts around and the other just standing there watching the cashiers. Once upon a time this was a very good target with great customer service and plenty of cashiers. Now its on par with Wal Mart as far as customer service goes.

I like this place due to the fact that their staff is very friendly and they have great marked down prices. I am not sure if its this Target or just Target in general, but its hard to tell where the sales are located. I couldnt tell that some shirts were on sale unless I was looking at the tags.

Who doesnt love Target. Very nice, clean, well kept, well stocked. My only issue is not having enough registers open and people working them. They let lines back up so far before calling for more registers to open.

I really love the selection here. Its also easy to get in and out of the place, even with Streetsboro traffic. However Ive had some less than stellar customer service here before, hence the missing star.

Popped in here for a few last-minute toiletries and this is a bit off the beaten path, but a standard Target with of course, a clean bathroom. Great shoe selection in size 10, which was refreshing!
