I decided to go to Babies R US to look for a costume for my 10 month old son. I was looking around for about 10 minutes before getting in line to check out. Upon checkout I had discount items that rang up regular priced. The cahier phoned her manager and got his "numbers." When done running my card and completing the transaction the computer did not print a receipt and said I still owed a dollar. I didnt understand why I still owed a dollar. The manager was called to the front and was clearly agitated. Slamming the card machine and asking what the cashier had done. An hour later he finally decides to call the store manager, which I asked him to do 30 minutes prior but his response is "she wont know what to do either." All the while I have my 10 month old son with me waiting. They told me the credit transaction did not go through (even though my bank statement said it did) and that I would just have to have "good faith" that the money will be credited back to my account. So I left the store an hour and fifteen minutes later with NOTHING! I will NEVER shop here AGAIN!

YOU GUYS ROCK!!! Shane & the other Mngrs & Staff are A1+++++. They have gone above and beyond for us more then once. Sanford store is closer but I drive the distance to go to Daytona Toys R US. One small example is I purchased a Lego Set in January (it was released in January too) on sale @ Toys R US and held it for a gift til April lost the receipt and of course there was an issue with the set. Instead of giving me the run around (call Lego,no receipt, over 90 days etc...) the Manager Shane was happy to even exchange it (box taped up and all) with out any grief. Of course my son wanted to keep the minis (all bags had been opened) but we put everything back in box loose taped it up and brought it in they didnt even open it and let us take a new one, showed my son being honest works and by putting minis and everything else in box they trusted that we did the right thing, nice lesson for a 6 year old.

Its Christmas time and you cannot get through customer service neither through corporate nor at my local Daytona Beach store! They should get enough help to handle the load. So disappointed!! Placed an online order with promised Christmas delivery with standard shipping. 4 days left and it has not even shipped. Shame on you that we cant even speak to someone by phone. Yesterday I waited on hold for 54 min, had to hang up.

Nobody knows how to pick up a phone, I live 30 miles away from this babies r us, and before I take a 30 mile trip and waste the gas, I would like to know if they have the product I am looking for, however nobody in the toy r us department answered the phone, nor the babies r us, I let it ring for quite a while, guess I will take my business elsewhere.

This Toys"R"Us has so many toys for the kids to look at. My kids would spend the night in the store if they could. There eyes light up with everything they see and the service is always good. They have a lot of stuff in stock and if they dont have it they can get it sent to you or the store pretty fast

Went in to look for a swing set for the grand kids and was greeted with a very knowledgeable sales Lady. I ended up buying one.i will definitely be going back for birthdays and holidays.
