I am so upset! I bought a real looking doll yesterday and gave my card to pay thinking it would be $200 at the most! We were in a rush so i didnt ask. The lady passed my credit card and then i realized it was $450!!!!! I told her to cancel the transaction thati didnt want it! She told me sho couldnt do that!! How is it that right there and then u cant refuse a purchase!! I had to leave with the $450 doll!! Thats more than what i spend on groceries!!

A friend of mines son just bought a hoverboard from this store and 4 days later it stopped working . No manufacture name or number. Store said no refund or exchange. Poor kid is 14 years old saved up $350 bucks of his own money. Not to mention he is deaf . He was so happy to have that toy . Heart broken Shame on you for not standing behind your product. Shady shady store . DONT SHOP THERE ...

My experience was great the store employees are super friendly my son was interested in a remote control car they opened it up put batteries in the car & let him try it out, no way this can happen at a big box toy store, we love this store

I bought a fidget cube from here and it was totally fake. Fidget cubes dont make noise. And they are supposed to be a lot smoother to use. Lost 17$. Dont go here
