My favorite shopping place in the Raleigh area. Staff is incredibly kind and helpful. Always a smile and time to say something nice. I go there with my kids. There is a toy area where the kids can try the toys and I get to look around in peace and even try out some clothes. I have never had remarks that my kids were bothering. I have nothing negative to report about this shop. the parking lot is smallish and fills quickly on saturdays but they have a second parking area and it is well indicated. the prices are very good here. 0.99$ per kid item. year round. At thrift to gift you can find: -large selection of clothes for women, men and children. Lots of women and men shoes. Some for kids also. Good selection of kids clothes and household linens. I like the women section because it feels like a "real" shop. there are also lots of purses and some jewlery -books! a lot of cooking books and novels, but also kids books, dvds, cd, records -furniture and baby gear (strollers) -household items and some craft things (yarn, fabric and the occasional other hobby) -sports items like helmets, weights, balls etc. -frames and mirors, small appliances and baskets - they also have a really cute display for kids "surprise" bags. I havent gotten any yet but I assume it would be figurine toys. for 50cts per bag. I think thats about it. Thank you mustard seeds for making it so easy to shop for all our non-food needs at once and for keep your prices accessible!

This is one of those "thrift" stores that looks up every single item and prices it all at or JUST under the highest sold eBay prices. The thing is - eBay sellers pay all sorts of fees and then have to pack and ship every item to their customers, not to mention photograph and describe each item in detail, etc etc. You cant just throw stuff on a rack in your store and demand eBay going rates for used goods. Admittedly, I sell on eBay for a living (resellers, dont bother with this place - the prices are WAY too high for flipping anything). Its frustrating to find something nice and turn it over to find that the price is just a hair under RETAIL at a second-hand goods store. This is a thrift shop in North Carolina, but the (somewhat rude and passive-aggressive) management seems to think theyre running a boutique on Manhattans Upper East Side. I can find the same treasures at Goodwill or Dorcas for a small FRACTION of these prices (and without the holier-than-thou attitude).

This is, by far, my most favorite thrift store in Cary. I hesitate to say this only because as any thrift store diva knows, you keep your secret spots, well, secret. But this gem is so good, it wont be a secret forever. They are clearly particular about what they put in their showroom for sale...and I say "showroom" because it reads and walks like a beautifully merchandised store, just with other peoples stuff - good stuff! The prices are right on point (if the owners are reading this, please dont change your pricing structure) and the merchandise is varied and unique and stuff people want. The staff is so friendly. I was looking for old suitcases, the owner heard me ask, so he took me to the warehouse in the rear and let me peruse through the suitcases he had not put in the store yet - wow! The volunteers are responsive and helpful and friendly- much unlike many other thrift store in town. Love, love, love! Keep up the great work!

I understand all people have an opinion but I have to disagree with the comment below about the workers and the store owner. He could be correct in his experience and people are human and are not perfect so give some Grace. This is a Christian ministry store..As soon as you walk in you can feel the warmth and the love. In order for places like this to work you have to have many volunteers and just think when you are there these people are giving their time. It is a huge clean and neatly arranged store with a variety of items, not to mention the fantastic pricing! I am a shopper here and love it..Since it is a outreach ministry it does frustrate me a little when people are trying to negotiate the already low prices. At the end of the day we are to serve Jesus, love others the way Jesus would love, help those in need and I feel this is what this store brings to the community.

The prices are rock bottom! Less than $2 for shirts when I was there. Keeping those prices is mind, youll have to hunt a little to find something worthwhile. Also, the items can be more heavily worn than I am used to seeing at thrift stores (those prices though!). Expect to have Christian worship music on the whole time; thats just the atmosphere of the store. There is a large section for kids clothes. No limit to how much you bring in the changing room (love when that happens). Definitely worth a visit, especially if you dont want to/cant spend a lot on clothes, furniture, or household items right now.

Been coming here for a while now but recently the last couple of times Ive been there Ive noticed that their prices have gone way up. Stuff you literally find at the Dollar Tree is marked $1.99 and up. Childrens books, little small hard cover books are $1. Somethings are still at great prices. Those "surprise" childrens $.50 bags, pure trash toys, theyre mostly parts of old toys. Nothing that can actually be played with. I just feel like the purpose of why they actually have the shop is forgotten and they just care about making money!

Terrible customer service and owner has a bad attitude. Customers are very obviously not important here and prices are sometimes more than new and they dont care when brought to their attention. I was ignored at the register for over a minute while the owner and 2 other employees talked about what they were having for lunch. Once I was acknowledged, I got cut off by them continuing their insignificant conversation everytime I started to ask a question. Very rude and very far from "Christian-like".

The address here is not correct. They moved down the road a bit, now they are a little past the BoJangles. Very big store. A lot of stuff in it. They set up their furniture in natural looking displays so you can picture it in your home. A lot of books. An entire kids/business furniture section comes off of the back side of the store. Some prices are a bit higher than they should be, but overall a good store. Will continue to shop here.

I love shopping and donating to this store. The staff are so wonderful and they notice me and my children when we come in. The staff is also super helpful. I didnt see what I was looking for in the store, so I asked and they looked in the back for an item. I will always donate to this store knowing my items are going to a myriad of different outreaches both here and abroad.

Lg,clean store. Wide variety of clothing, and items. Decent used furniture, very friendly and helpful staff. Prices are great. I highly recommend this store for purchasing, and donating new and gently used items. They wiil also notify you by email (if requested) of upcoming sales. Highly recommend this thrift store! Nicest one I have done business with. Going back!
