Today I went to see what I could do about a pair of leggings that had picked so badly. Upon explaining the situation, I was met with a friendly smile and help. Not only did they allow me to exchange for a new pair, but also gave me some knowledge and insight to the leggings and how to take the best care of them. I was floored by the customer service here, which makes buying from lulu a experience! Wish I remembered her name. Excited to go back!

One of the best Retail customer service experience’s I have had. I came in to look for some warm up running pants. I had never been in and did not know where to look or what to look at. I was instantly greeted and helped. They brought more options to the dressing room and tastefully critiqued the different styles on me. I was very satisfied with the selection and the service. Also the quality is top of the line. New customer for Life!

I was so excited to come check out the store after Asheville Yoga Festival and you guys closed early. We got there 20 minutes before google said you would close. There was not sign on the door or anything. I am so bummed.
