My initial experience (of buying) was wonderful! The staff was friendly, complimentary and helpful. But, once I got home, I noticed there was a mark on my $248 jacket that I had just purchased! I called back and asked them if they could do anything and Megan was super unkind. She sat in silence, refusing to acknowledge my concerns and when I asked if I should call corporate to handle the problem instead, she said, "If you want." It just seemed to be a 180 from the actual store experience, but I suppose when youre trying to make commission, being friendly before purchase is part of the cunning.

Whether its community engagement, advice on what local gym to check out, warm conversation, or help finding a good set of running shorts, this is the place to go. The staff are some of the friendliest individuals Ive ever encountered. This isnt a retail experience. This place is a holistic approach to how you prepare for your next fitness venture. You think Im bulshitting?! Walk your ass in there and youll see what I mean. This is the first and last place Ill ever buy workout clothes from...maybe anything for that matter.

I received a gift that did not fit and tried to exchange a new unworn top with tags and was told that it was TOO LATE! Your return policy is not customer friendly and I will never support or wear Lululemon, but there are plenty of sheep in the field to flock to this overpriced trendy product!

5 stars for clothes and caring staff! This place goes way beyond stretchy pants... they are in the community inspiring people and asking for feedback on their clothes so they can make them even better. It doesnt hurt that the clothes look awesome on. Worth every penny!

Bad service& unfriendly staff- most were just standing around talking to each other. I had to approach to find what I needed- checkout was blunt& salespeople were not engaging at all. Maybe there is new management but I definitely wont be shopping here again.
