First pair of New Balance I hiked the summer in the Southwest.. My next pair was 621 Womens and they felt great too. Then 621 went away and along came 622. They still felt great. Got a mest pair No. 729 and felt just as good. Went to get a new pair and 622 were gone now 623. 623 price was up and quality was down. They keep spreading out in heal area as they are not built like the way the others were in the heal area. Why should I come to your store and keep paying higher prices when I can watch for a sale at another outlet and check their quality and fit. I now know what to look for in a quality New Balance product and the 623 is not a quality shoe that keeps it shape.

I bought a new pair new balance shoes in April. In June they looked like they were 4 years old. I Paid 160.00 for them I took them to my foot doctor thinking it was the way I was walking. she stated that no it was not the way I was walking it was a defective shoe. I took them back to the store and worked with a guy name Mark. He was not overly friendly but he did take the shoes back but exchange them with a cheaper shoe. A 40 dollar cheaper shoe. I hope they last longer than my others ones I paid 160.00 for.I still feel cheated.

Stopped in the store twice on August 28. The first time I waited several minutes before the female staff member put out a clip board to sign in and told us to "fight it out" as to who arrived first. Rather than "fighting it out" I choose to return later. The second visit the same three staff members were there with two customers. I still could not get an acknowledgement or service. What a shame as I love New Balance Shoes. Perhaps this location can provide their employees some training in customer service.

Ive had some serious foot injuries, so finding the right fit is extremely important to me. Went to New Balance, and received the best care Ive ever had for my feet (with the exception of my podiatrist). Kevin really knew his stuff, fitted me out with a great pair of shoes. I tried on at least 6 pairs, he let me to run around the block in each pair. Will return for future business!

My husband and I have walked into the store twice in the last month and sat for 10-15 min without any help getting a shoe to try on. About 3 workers in the store fitting other people never approached us. The last time we tried a man told us he would be right with us and never came back. Definitely lost our business considering all we wanted was to buy a pair of running shoes.

Love this store! The only place on town where I feel comfortable getting fit for shoes. I always bring my friends in when they are in town. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
