Great store and great collection of shoes. HOWEVER, worst service ever. Been there several times and the employees just never seems enthusiastic at all. Early in December I bought a pair of shoes for my brother. The store was empty at the time and there were 5 or 6 employees just standing around doing nothing while my guy was in the storage room for 20 mins trying find my brothers size (which I dont understand why it was taking so long..) Finally I got them shoes and went to the check out cz i dont need to try them on... I asked the cashier to look my membership card up because I didnt have it with me. I dont know if finish line cant look member cards up or something, but the dude didnt have a single clue of what the heck he was doing. He messed with the computer for about 5 mins and told me I was all set (not a single other employee came to help him out...) GOOD! I was glad he figured it out. It was supposed to be a quick stop but we were in the store for almost an hour cz the employees couldnt get themselves together... But I wasnt too upset at the time as long as i got what I needed. A month later, when I logged on to finish lines website trying to order some new kicks, guess what I found out - My points were never posted... Are you kidding me? If you dont know how to do it, ask some of your co-workers to help; If you cant look up cards to begin with, then tell me. DONT EVER LIE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Im not mad about how long I have to wait at the store, Im upset that I respected people who were lying to me. No, Im sorry, Im not even upset. Im simply just disappointed that I dont even get any respect at the store that used to be one of my favorites.

They basically stole my money and wont return it. Here is the story: I needed new walking shoes. When I was checking out, I handed the guy my card (stupid on my part). He scanned the shoes and the price was totally different than what they were marked. I went to find the marked store shoe (he still had my card) and I couldnt find it. I went back up to the register and said I didnt want the shoes. He returned my card and I left. It turns out he charged me for the shoes!!! And I cant return them, because I never bought them-- I have no receipt and no shoes. I asked them to look at their tapes from the time I was there, but no. They should recredit my account. This is theft!!! They employee probably got commission off of it too.

Recently went through a store redesign and have TONS of products to choose from. I actually prefer coming into the store and picking up my shoes directly from there, rather than online because of the great staff. They treated my son like he was the most important person in the world, which was very refreshing.

Genuinely the worst people. I was signed up for a subscription I specifically asked not to be on. Then my nike frees were dirty and one was yellow. Tried to call them the same day and they put me on hold for over 25mins. This is my first review for anything ever. Dont go here.

Awful. The employees were unhelpful and unwilling to help. They just started at us instead of asking how they could assist. When we could get an employees attention enough to ask a question, they just nodded, shrugged, or signed, like we were a burden.

Terrible experience today, the guys were more interested in playing around with each other than with helping the customer. Relatively busy with very little customer service. Found the shoes I needed but will avoid in the future.
