I loved my visit to ENO. I live in Asheville and came in to bring my hammock for a repair. The customer service staff was very helpful. I also had a few other questions about their business, and their sales manager was kind enough to take some time out of his day to entertain me. The repair was timely and done with good quality. I expected there to be a charge, but they hooked me up for free (and threw in some free stickers)!!! The only downside to ENO is that their hammocks are not made in the USA, but they are still quality hammocks.

Company is fantastic. Products hold up well. I own 3 of their hammocks (double nest, single nest and Sub7). All have held up well. I did have a slight malfunction with the Sub7 (a large rip occurred) and the company promptly addressed the issue. Will certainly be a lifetime ENO customer after that experience.

Unfortunately theyre not open to the public. However, all of the local outdoor stores carry their hammocks. ENO products are the BEST!!!

I was led to believe eno hammocks were made in Asheville. Mine says made in China right on it......
