I will never shop here again. I heard the manager tell one of her employees to "watch" a black family. Then she continued to say "Im not racist but theyre the ones that tend to steal". Idk what her definition of racism is but saying that MAKES YOU RACIST. Its also profiling which the last time I checked is illegal. Way to go Rack Room for hiring such great people.

If you want a pleasant shopping experience DONT go here. The employees will follow you around and act like they are doing things around you all while they think you are trying to steal. When they see you look at them they look away like they are not watching you. IDK about you but its hard to shop for shoes when they act like they do.

I asked for help & you could tell he doesnt get paid commission. I couldnt find any shoes that would fit right. I didnt want to bother the same salesman that couldnt bother to help the first time, so I was aggravated & left. I dont care if I ever go back in the store.

So we came to shop here twice & both times were told we need to be watched. GOT GOOD HEARING! So Idk if its cause Im gay or I look different. But they just rude. Really rude. Just go in & see for yourself. Ask for Mr. SLICK ..

Wide selection, its a small store but had a lot of options. Buy one get one half off was amazing. The lady that rung me up was super nice and helpful. I dont want to shop in a huge shoe place anyway.
