Very unhappy with customer service at this store. The store manager, Kyle Bick, apparently never heard the saying "the customer is always right". After selling me a phone with lesser storage capacity than I requested, he insisted he asked me about that when he had only asked me about the color I preferred (and I said that the color did not matter). He was so busy trying to "upsell" me on FIOS and a home security system, and also training a new employee during my sale that his recollection of the sale was incorrect, yet he insisted I was the one in the wrong. Not to mention that I said I wanted the exact same phone my husband bought just 5 days earlier and he even had the account open on his laptop. So he should have seen the exact phone I requested just by looking at the screen. Even more insulting -- my husband did not get the "sales pitch" for FIOS/home security before he was sold a new phone, so I guess they save that for women or "softer targets". A few days later, after realizing I had a brand new phone with the same storage capacity as my old phone, which was already telling me that "storage is almost full" and calling the store to complain, his "solution" was saying the only way I could get the phone I actually wanted (and which I asked for to begin with) would cost me a $35 restocking fee" and I would lose the cost of the screen protector I bought elsewhere. So for $55, I could get the phone I wanted. For HIS mistake! Messages left for the Regional Store Manager (Jeannie Jones ?) to call me went unanswered. When I finally reached an AT&T supervisor online who agreed to credit me for my screen saver and waive the $35 restocking fee, I was told again by this person that they could only accept returns within 14 days of the sale. Meanwhile, it was their fault I didnt get a response within that time. Two separate messages left for the Regional Manager were either not delivered to her or just not returned. To be continued with the corporate office... PS - Our account has Four (4) i-Phone 6s each worth over $700, and have used AT&T for many years. This is something I am definitely reconsidering after this experience.

We always get the best service at AT&T at JV Mall. We were there today and the store manager Kyle went above and beyond to assist my 12 year old son with getting a new phone and also assisting my hubby to get new iPads for his business. We couldnt be happier. Outstanding job!! Thanks, Sy Macedo
