I always deal with the same guy who is pretty unfriendly, verging on rude. They didnt have what I needed, and the guy said hed never even heard of it (what I was looking for is really standard in the music world, and its really disillusioning that someone who works in a music store has never heard of it). Will probably not go again. Too many times that Ive gone there and been annoyed by their service.
