Horrible staff. I come here often for the products. But the staff is never any help nor around on the sales floor. I waited 20 minutes once for help at the jewlery desk afyer asking 3 different people to help me and worse part is the lady at the jewlery cpunter had a face as if me wanting to spend my money bothered her. Cashiers are rude. I waited on line to pay a layaway and purcahse a couple of things. They couldnt find my contract so i moved to amother register register still couldnt. Then i said ill pay it online and just pay for the items im buying that day. The computer froze and wouldnt allow me to look up my reqards card to ge tthe pointa ad the cashier said that i would have to get back on a different line and wait another 10 minutes just so that i can get my points as if it was.my fault. Any ways i have more things i could say but ill stop here. Dont go unless you have to

Where do I start? I was looking for a vacuum this just happened too, I see two young kids that work there when I asked for help looking for a vacuum they told me oh no we dont know where they at I said what you guys work here how do you not know where the stuff is then the other guy was like oh why dont you take this one right here 79.99 and I was like thats not a vacuum thats a power brush and hes like oh Im a vacuum you want to take me home? Im like no and I walked away.I do not know what that means nor do I want to find out Im old enough to be their mother no respect, they were sitting there rapping to each other and talking about their lives and I got no help last time I go in there I always knew this store was bad from past experiences but today it sealed the deal ! Never going back !

One of those places Ill run in and spend some time looking around when I know what I want or an idea of what it is Im looking for. May not have everything, but it has a decent selection of items from all types of departments. Never had a bad experience. Staff are seldom found when you need them, but its very rare that I would need them when I go here. As a plus, theres a Little Caesars inside this location if you need a quick bite to eat.

Racist cashiers standing right in front of this woman at customer service no one here. Never says can I help you a young man asked me called her over she ignored and began to help 2 other people . Very rude and iu professional. She obviously doesnt want to work. Kmart should really train their employees . Horrible cashier at customer service , she works 7am to 4pm I know more about her personal life because she IS NOT WORKING

Went to your store today and asked customer service to take a watch out of the security box for me so I could try it on. They refused - said I had to buy it first. Why would they make you buy it before you know if it fits? Went to Kohls and they worked with me and I brought my watch there. Not good to upset your customers.

FYI..Guy working at little ceasars checked me out today and overcharged my card.. I added up my receipt after I left because it seemed high..the recipe reads $8 cash back bc of the overcharge. He did NOT give me any money back. Read your recipets before you leave...

Real bad customer service. They have too many services handled at the customer service desk and every time I went, there is at least 20 min wait to pickup or return my order. The staff is exhausted by the evening and are very disinterested.

Ok place. Not much merchandice
