It is not an in and out errand. There is always a line and as far as product knowledge I have a degree in art education so I do not need much help in this department. The organization in the store works well. Crafters can easily find their section of supplies. For those who may need assistance or an eager novice looking to start a new hobby unfortunately will not be inspired by the staff. Although my experiences have been good with friendly staff. Michaels would benefit greatly to hire more cashiers and more floor staff with "art" backgrounds that actually know how to use, apply and combine products to create "works of art" or successful crafting projects.

Michaels is a great store. But they lack in getting new items especially stamps and dies. They should really have a bigger collection especially for certain holidays as Halloween and Christmas. I go in there in hopes of finding new products and its always the same things. I get disappointed. For a store that makes a lot if money, they should have a bigger selection of products.

If you have nothing else to do but stand on line for 40+ min (every time), then come to this Michaels location. There is never more then 2 registers open (if even that) and if you dont request more be opened, the cashiers wont look for you. I have come here for years because I live nearby and this issue has never gotten better. If more spoke up, maybe we could get home for dinner.

If they had more staff, this Michaels could not be beat. I love going there because of the customer service led by Ms Donna, who should be the manager. She goes out of her way to satisfy the customer. I give this Michaels FIVE STARS for doing more with less. Corporate office needs to step up and give them more staff!!!!

I ask a worker if there was colored paper and she said next Ill. Then all I see is a empty shelf, where the paper is suppose to be.Plus the lines are long on Sunday.I hate the workers, so rude. its disorganized and dirty. And such a small selection. But Im glad I found pipe cleaners. Overall the worst micheals ever.

pretty good selection of craft goods, hard to find stuff sometimes and even harder to find someone to help. For the person (like me) who doesnt usually do this kind of stuff it can be intimidating and frustrating shopping here. For someone who does it a lot they probably get a good feel for where everything is.

The prices are good and there are often great coupons (they also accept competitor coupons like JoAnns and AC MOORES). If you know what you need youll be fine, but the staff is not very knowledgeable and dont seem all that eager to help find things. The line is very long on busy days. Tons of parking!

This place is dangerous for a creative person like myself . I always say stick to my list then go overboard. Their clearance sections are amazing , I have purchased teachers xmas gifts and teacher appreciation gifts on clearance . I will heading back their soon for end of the year gifts .

They never pick up the phone their prices are never accurate. Things arent priced, you have to bring stuff at the register and everytime i call to get information it just hangs up

Lackluster selection of low-end, mass market yarn and knitting supplies. More often out of stock on simple things like knitting needles than not. SLOW cashiers.
