Ease of obtaining merchandise and then paying for it - Pharmacy included=POOR. Needed ink cartridge. They are LOCKED - I walk to front (busy cashiers) and tell one I need that item. So she unlocks it and begins to go to the front. No, Im not done shopping, and I have to visit the Pharmacy. So she brings my item to the pharmacy! As if I am going to walk out with the damn thing. Ok, so I cant find file folder labels/hanging file tabs (they dont carry). Ok, so I get my husbands script. Clerk calls me a "patient" - then proceeds to ask for name. I said theres an ink cartridge being held for me. He rudely says, sign name on tablet first. Ok, did that. Then I have script - he asks for $5. No, I also need my cartridge, please. I wrote some of check out ahead of time, with license. DOB, license #, and Finally, I have a total. I have to sign again - only last name made it on this TABLET. Finally, after waiting in line for 15 mins (only one clerk on register), I have my merchandise. Electronic checkout sucks - it takes MUCH longer than the old fashioned system that existed years ago. VERY inefficient - and by the way, your medical info. & ID can still be lifted. I go here only when ABSOLUTELY necessary, like Wally World. By the way - there are two cashiers whove been here for years (Ive gotten scripts etc here for the past 16 years). They are very pleasant, lovely ladies. Management, take note.

Friendly service. Normal CVS store. However the 2 stars are for bad passport portraits. I went for my passport pictures here, but the cashier was too hurried. He took the picture, but someone at the store had to tell him to tell me not to smile. Also, eventually I had to retake the picture at another place, as it would not pass the requirements, since it was taken from too far. Not a bad store, but low rating since it claims that its cashiers are trained to take professional passport portraits.

The length of time to get your prescription is great, so much faster than Walmart. Prices arent bad on the prescriptions but some of the items in the store are a little expensive.

I have been shopping at this location and use these the pharmacy for 18 years. Everyone has always been so pleasant . You always get a pleasant smile and feel welcomed.

Employees went above and beyond to find my daughters doll she had previously lost there. Everyone is always friendly and I never have a problem (I use coupons)

The pharmacy department is excellent. The photo department is not professional. They are not trained well, the previous reviews are correct.
